I got a great idea of going.out at a coffee shop for.studies and work from this video as well ...actually once I did it the thing is I end up buying for good items rather than completing my work 😂😂 hence dropped... but surely I will restart it ...thanks a lot saloni. Hi Saloni, I absolutely love your videos. Its a good idea to work sitting in a cafe. Just wanted to share I do have similar problem with period pain. However I prefer working at home with a huge glass of super hot milk with bournvita for flavouring. It almost works like magic. Plus I take hot water bath n hot water bags too. I also like burning lavender essential oils to lift up my mood and all of this seems to work pretty well together. Also I have noticed a huge difference in periods pain or mood if i drink and eat better during those days and avoid sugar or sweet treats. not sure if its scientific or not, but I swear by lemon water in room temperature with black salt or jal jeera. You can try that sometime to see if that helps. 💓

Hi Saloni.. please try to do surya nmaskar in the morning or evening it really helps to reduce the period pain you will see a difference in a month.. as Rujuta Diwekar says a normal period should be pain less.
