    It’s funny.. I was looking to scan my Z32 as well for an accurate model of my shell. I have yet to watch your other videos but now I definitely have to. Cheers!

    An alternative to that white spray is talcum powder (baby powder). Dust it in, scan, then blow it off when you are done.

    The gauge cluster definitely needs some more information around the AEM dash, looks too flat and empty right now in my opinion.
    The 3d scans seem to come out very well!

    The 3D scanning looks cool. I went over and watched the creation of the carbon fiber part, and it looks like he did a great job with it. Back to you. I wonder if there is someone in media/marketing at Send-Cut-Send that you know? Because it would be similarly fun to see how that custom manufacturing process works on their end as well.

      @@electricsupercar my long-term project is a EV into a 74 Super Beetle. Work out which EV motor would fit, not looking for much mph, it's a beetle.

      @@4literv6 yes, love those builds. When I pulled the engine years ago I was considering it's be easier to put back in EV. Of course at the time the main choice was electric forklift motors. :)

    Great video, Jeremy! I created a handle for the Moose scanner, to improve grip and control in handheld mode. Would something like that be helpful for your workflow?

    what did you use to convert the output to 3D CAD?

      I just open the mesh in SolidWorks and create my parts from there

    Question, the forward, park, reverse switch, how many pins are on the bottom of your switch? I’ve seen one with six tabs. Just curious. Thanks for another nice video. I wish they would have given a few of there 3D scanners.

    Can you put any of your car designs through a simulated thunder storm or at the very least a wind tunnel? Your first car had some issue with water so just wondering how to prevent it.

    In my opinion, brands should be obliged by law to release or have available to purshase their blueprints, and the blueprints of all parts in their models. If the car is newer then the 3d model should be available from them as well.
