It’s funny.. I was looking to scan my Z32 as well for an accurate model of my shell. I have yet to watch your other videos but now I definitely have to. Cheers!
The gauge cluster definitely needs some more information around the AEM dash, looks too flat and empty right now in my opinion. The 3d scans seem to come out very well!
The 3D scanning looks cool. I went over and watched the creation of the carbon fiber part, and it looks like he did a great job with it. Back to you. I wonder if there is someone in media/marketing at Send-Cut-Send that you know? Because it would be similarly fun to see how that custom manufacturing process works on their end as well.
@@4literv6 yes, love those builds. When I pulled the engine years ago I was considering it's be easier to put back in EV. Of course at the time the main choice was electric forklift motors. :)
Great video, Jeremy! I created a handle for the Moose scanner, to improve grip and control in handheld mode. Would something like that be helpful for your workflow?
Question, the forward, park, reverse switch, how many pins are on the bottom of your switch? I’ve seen one with six tabs. Just curious. Thanks for another nice video. I wish they would have given a few of there 3D scanners.
Can you put any of your car designs through a simulated thunder storm or at the very least a wind tunnel? Your first car had some issue with water so just wondering how to prevent it.
In my opinion, brands should be obliged by law to release or have available to purshase their blueprints, and the blueprints of all parts in their models. If the car is newer then the 3d model should be available from them as well.

Do you mean Robin is a FedEx employee?
Nice!
Fascinating stuff, great to see how the scanner is used together with 3D printing in such practical manner.
Thanks!

You did it better than the PROs! Well done🎉
Thanks Friend!
He is technically a pro, since he's getting paid to do this. The 300ZX is a customer car.
So happy that you're putting out multiple videos a week! great content, keep it up!
More to come!
This is miles away in quality from the cardboard aided design you used in the old workflow :D
LOL!🤣
Love builder creator been following him since the beginning
Great Video! Very fun to watch.
Thanks so much!
The 3d scanning is cool and it’s sick to watch it work!
An alternative to that white spray is talcum powder (baby powder). Dust it in, scan, then blow it off when you are done.
Interesting 🤔
You’re on a roll ! Very helpful information and great product review. Keep em coming !❤

Hi Jeremy, liked Jay's video as well. Cheers 👍💪✌

Hey, great work here. Would you mind sharing those Tesla Brake Booster and pedal scans ? I'm working on a conversion using these parts. Thank you

Shining3D EinScan are the devices to go for these kind of things.
I'll have to try one
You're a PM aren't you. PM's use really using Workflow in their documentation ... I like it.
👍
I'd love to scan the neighbor's 55 Thunderbird. Who knows they might need a copy.
Interesting 🤔

what did you use to convert the output to 3D CAD?
I just open the mesh in SolidWorks and create my parts from there

Hey Mike, not sure I follow the question. Bottom of what switch?
Goodness!
I wonder if this scanner is suitable to scan full car body panels? Thanks

Yes, I have done a fair amount of CAD in my past
