  • I roll my Magicycle Deer electric bike onto the beach as we head out for our first shark fishing trip of 2023. I wanted to see how this model of a Magicycle fat tire ebike cruiser would perform inthe soft sand off road setting. The Magicycle Deer performed well in this review riding in different types of sand!

A liittle sugestion: tie a piece of paracord to that support for the kickstand. It makes things easier when you are dealing with an e-bike in the sand. Greatings from Argentina.

I was excited thinking you were getting some sharks! I'd love to see you do a shark fishing video.
I'm not too far from you and have been thinking a lot about that recently. I know from you I'd get a good video. I did like this one even if it wasn't what I was hoping for.

That's a sweet E bike for sure, and I'm glad to see some fish moving in. I heard a rumor that the Spanish mackerel were schooling in now also. Hopefully the red drum will kick in soon and I can get back outbto your neck of the woods again. Thanks for a great video.

We heard about the Spanish as well. I'm heading to the beach today and hopefully will see them busting some bait within range.

Nice review and nice lookin ebike!! I've got a Mokwheel Basalt step through. I also like the step through, way easier then swinging your leg over. The Basalt is also on the heavy side coming in at around 78lbs. just slightly less power at 90Nm but the torques sure helps on very loose sand. I only got 10 miles on the last beach trip before running the battery to almost 0%. It was extremely loose sand, not even the fresh tidal area was hard packed.

I liked the Mokwheel I reviewed as well. I gave it to a fellow veteran friend.

Nice looking ebike, but 92lbs! Wondering where the extra weight comes from. The battery maybe? My RadRover5 weighs around 69lbs.

I think the extra weight is associated with creating the rear suspension system. Granted the battery, at 20AH does add 5 lbs as well.

@@KayakhacksFishing Probably is the rear suspension, and the additional metal involved in the "triangle" structure by the pedals. I think the battery on my RR5 runs around 7lbs.

      Yes, that makes sense
