About the turmeric.. You can make a turmeric- ginger tea, with one teaspoon of ground ginger, one teaspoon of ground turmeric, cinnamon, juice of one lemon, put it in a 2 cups of water and let it simmer for around 5 min, then let it cool down....Put it in the fridge and you have a great drink for for the summer + you can add honey/ stevia to it, if you like it on the sweet side :) btw, you are great, keep the good work, we all love you! cheers, all the way from Macedonia ******

You should try making your long black with a dash of almond milk and blending that together in a blender with about a tablespoon of ghee! It's full of healthy fats and helps release your caffeine more evenly throughout the day so you don't have that "crash". It also tastes amazing!!!!
