    Absolutely love that you promote eating! People always ask me how do I eat so much and stay lean. If you workout and stick to mainly Whole Foods, your body will respond well! Low calorie diets aren't beneficial for long term results anyways

      I totally agree. I used to eat very low carb diets but I've had way better results eating a lot and exercising!

      Elizabeth Lucile I'm so glad you no longer are on a low carb diet - carbs are not the enemy. (chips and burgers are yes, potatoes and brown rice are not) they fuel your body and can increase the risk of a lot of unhealthy habits/mindsets/mental health issues. x

      Same!! Low cal actually made my results disappear and my muscles struggle to stay. When I increased my calories And carbs I could literally see my muscles better the next day and had wayyyy more energy.

      addy Babalola im doing step ups and box jumps at the moment but finding its not giving me the same interns workout like lunges would add to a workout

      i also give you the tip to get it checked by an doctor if you havent yet because i also felt pain in my knee(s). i went to the doctor and he found out that my platella moved probably just because of the growing process. now i have a Bandage to support it and he also said that sport is good for the knee. i kept on working out doing squats and so on and actually realised that the pain goes away quickly after keep doing the excercises

    Last 2 nights ive made your butternut pumpkin, zucchini, mushroom, coconut oil, spinach with ACV, & scrambled eggs with almond milk. SO, SO good!!!!! Lost 28 lbs. since July 2016. I owe you thanks to you for that. Currently working on healthy snacks in the evenings! Keep doing what you do Sarah. You are the highlight of my week!

    I've been struggling so hard to find a life style I can stick to! The section where you spoke about being on and off healthy for 2 years is honestly me. I always start, feel amazing, tell myself I'm never going back, and then a few weeks later I'm on the couch eating everything!! It's so frustrating. I've tried a lot of different lifestyles (iifym, calorie counting, low carb, etc) and I can't stick to any of it! Not sure if I just haven't found something I love or if I'm just chronically unmotivated 😭 I know you said don't copy what I'm doing but I'm thinking I might try eating mostly paleo based for the month of march! I'm 23 and in nursing school and I want to treat my body the way it should be treated! :) thanks Sarah!

    Sarah, I just wanted to say I started watching this at five am as I was drinking coffee. I was feeling very depressed and awful when I first woke up. I can say that as I finish this video I am feeling slightly more positive. That is the effect that you have on people. I can't thank you enough for being such a consistent, uplifting youtuber.     Hey Sarah I think the reason you're so hungry after your workouts is because you're not getting in enough carbs to replenish your glycogen post workout, that's why you can eat so much high fat food after training and still feel starving! You're body is asking for carbs! Just a thought

      This is probably also why you crave sweet fruits so much, especially at night time. I'm not a nutritionist and you probably know more about macros than I do but I'd definitely try consuming the majority of your daily carbohydrates closer around your training sessions.

      She says that her hormones do not function well with grains :/
      But I don't see the point of that...
      she also eats gluten free, but she always could eat potatoes, rice etc..
      A paleo diet can work for a short period of time, but in the long terme it will not be substainable!

    Dont get me wrong, its of course refreshing and fun and relatable, to see someone who is always hungry ;) but maybe thats also a sign that you could optimize your diet? Just thinking. I mean I think it is great what you eat and I used to eat a lot of veggies + fats + protein too, but what keeps me really full for longer is having some slow carbs (more than there are in that 300 grams of veggies..) as well ...to me, it seems like you are getting most of your carbs in form from fructose out of (dried and fresh) fruits....what about quinoa or brown rice or more potatoes?
    I know you know your body very well and you know a lot about food but just saying :)

      Sarantuya0 I actually agree and I am a nutritionist , sarah is only really getting her carbs from Fruits which isn't good at all, she needs some more starchy carbs in her diet, like oats , potato, noodles or rice, or starch veg. I think this would help her cravings and make her feel more full too as those all have fibre in too

      Aren't that one of the points where there are disagreements? I know that these things aren't "real paleo" if you follow the original paleo-nutrition strictly, but Sarah is more paleo-orientated. I also eat paleo in a "freestyle way "and I wouldn't eat bread or noodles, but I eat potatoes for example and rice as well. Just because I do it doesnt mean anything I know ;) I just thought it would fit in Sarahs diet though its not 100% paleo.

    Hi! I am actually watching your videos for a while now and I never commented on anything. I just wanted to say that you are amazing, your videos just motivate me so so much. I am in THAT stage where I just eat healthy for a couple of weeks then goes back to binging and I just feel depressed about it. But you just show me (us !) that we can do it and by watching your videos it's like I have a gym buddy (which I haven't so it's sooo hard to have motivation alone).     I too have a big appetite and I've found that teaching myself to understand if I'm truly hungry, or just bored, has been the most challenging part of my weight loss journey for the past 5 years. Intuitive eating is the key to maintaining your weight and living a life-long healthy lifestyle...but it's also the hardest part of the journey!

    I love making my veggies in coconut oil! I've done that for so long. I appreciate your health tips. I was so scared of eggs, bc some people say they make acne prone skin worse. But, my holistic doctor and your eating tips helped! I eat a hard egg for breakfast almost daily!! I usually do two hard eggs with a whole avocado and topped with Himalayan sea salt, a sweet potato with cinnamon and spinach and grape tomatoes cooked in coconut oil! Just had that for breakfast! The more Whole Foods I eat the better my skin looks! It's true, you have to find the best way for you body to eat! I'll eat gluten free oats every once in a while. My body does well on the extra carbs. I used to eat Oreos for snacks.. now they gross me out and are to sweet! It's all about training your taste buds and body to crave healthy foods! I appreciate your tips.. they have added to my already healthy lifestyle and diet! My holistic doctor told me that eating paleo for my body was probably the best thing!

      I appreciate this videos! Even if you're not the Regina George of healthy eating!!! Lol but, you have a lot of wisdom to share! Food is healing. Half of our health problems would be erased if everyone focused on Whole Foods eating, limiting grains and eating gluten-free. I love macro bars the sunflower butter and chocolate (lower sugar) but if I'm craving something really chocolaty I will have a chocolate crunch square bar! I would have never known if you didn't share!! So love the tips! Just wish they had clean chocolate were I live! It's all made with cane sugar or the alike. The dairy free chocolate we have here is the cleanest I've found.. is by enjoy life! I'll have to try out, the loving earth chocolate sometime.

    I like doing sweet potatoes in the oven with cinnamon and cayenne pepper! So yummy.

      I love baked sweet potatoes with cinnamon toast on top! I haven't tried cayenne pepper, I might have to try that!

      It's soooo good. Sometimes I'll add in my homemade ranch seasoning to it with olive oil if I'm feeling feisty haha. Either way it's so good.

    I've always hated salad unless it has lots of dressing, which ruins the whole point of eating salad. Tried the apple cider vinegar for the first time today and wow... it's actually good. I usually have to force myself to finish my greens (or I just eat the meat out of the greens) but I wolfed the whole salad down. The ACV cuts the earthy taste of the leaves. Thanks for the tip!

    I don't know if you guys in Australia do 'lent'.. its basically where you give something up for 40 days until Easter and it starts tomorrow! Im giving up all junk food for lent and hopefully that will start me off on the right track! you are such a positive person and inspire me every day!

    I have been stuck in the healthy vs junk food cycle for the past few years! I have been true to myself for a couple months now, I am so tired of eating food that makes me feel gross. Thanks for the inspiration

    I love that you are hungry after a meal. You are honest. I am alwayssssss hungry. You have salads so that's why you feel hungry. So that's no big thing. I m with you. I have been trying so hard since watching your videos. You are an inspiration. 🙏🏼
