Hi Parker Just received kits for our S2's I'm going to have them professionally installed, however I have been tinkering with one of the kits on one our two bikes, regarding the placement of the new shifter. I'm finding that when installed as recommended by Super73, grip, throttle, shifter, brake. This configuration positions your rear brake lever almost two inches to the lift, which limits your access to the brake lever to only two fingers, index and middle finger I would say my hands and fingers are pretty much average size for an adult male. After trying all sorts of combinations, I'm finding that mounting: grip, brake, throttle, shifter gives you full access to the brake lever. The only hitch I see so far with this setup is the upper of the two shift levers just barley rubs the bottom of the brake mount. It looks like just a tiny bit of filing of that shifter lever will allow it the clear the brake lever mount. I'm going to wait for my mobile bike repair guy to have a look and see if he has any better suggestion. I'm also going to take the bike out and see if I'm ok with two finger access to the rear brake lever. If so I'll just set up the rig as Super73 suggests. Take Care
Can you people please respond to my claim? My new RX was delivered with what I suspect is a bad motor. I’ve submitted 2 claim requests already and registered the bike? What’s taking so long?
I've been checking their site for this ten speed kit daily for the last ten days and haven't seen anything on there. Im wondering how/where you guys were able to order this 6 days ago?

Sounds like the highest gear is much higher than the stock single speed. Is the lowest gear lower than the stock single speed? If so, approximately which cog is equal to the stock single speed gearing?
Been keeping an eye out for months on your website for this product and no matches even in searches... Do you guys not recommend adding a 10 speed gear kit then?

Can I just pre-order this dang kit and pay extra? I'm tired of checking daily, and your inventory selling out in under 24 hours. I NEED the kit!!! I live in a hilly area.
Maybe smart to tell our American friends to never back paddle when shifting 😅 we Dutch folk grow up on bikes but if you didn’t.. you can lose youre chain and brake everything real real fast.
I might be wrong but I think this is actually the opposite guys. The bigger the plateau (speed) is, the more resistance you have. Meaning that you have to push the pedal more to move the bike. The smaller the plateau (speed) is, the less resistance you have. Meaning that to make a complete spin of the plateau (360º) you don't have to push the pedal much. The plateau being smaller, the spin is done easier and sooner that a bigger plateau. In other words, when you start to ride, your bike should be on the bigger plateau to give the necessary push. The easier you want to go uphill the smaller the plateau should be. Cause it's less resistant, easier (faster) to complete a full spin by pedaling. I think. Anyway you guys rock !
Think of your Cassette like a wrench loosening a stuck-on nut aka the Wheel. Your hand is the Chain. The big Gear on the cassette would be like using the other end of the wrench for leverage to Loosen the stuck-on nut (or rather Turn the wheel with better leverage). While the nut loosens (the wheels turns faster), it makes sense to choke up on the wrench (move up to the higher or smaller gears).
@@Yurron_nyc big deal, the throttle is not an expensive part. My dad's juiced bike came with a throttle and rear cassette. Not to mention turn signals, mirrors, horn, alarm... All standard.
Hi, You guys considering offering this as a pre installed option on new bikes?
Should be a must have or even better standard
It's standard on the European versions 😎

Can we get a mid drive kit for s2!
why doesn't this fit on the s1?
Can we still buy the new kit? I don’t see it listed
Great, how soon will the new 10 speed kits be available
Will this work on the Super 73 OG ?
Can I add gears to my Miami?

I don't see the link on how to install the 10 speed kit.

oh damn, I have a s73 S1, I wish the 10spd kit fit my bike too. Otherwise, great job guys. Looks like a valuable upgrade.
You can fit a third-party kit on your S1, if you have the skills. It's been done before.

where do i get this can someone send a link

yes 10 speed sounds great bc 1 speed when battery is off its terrible

You are right about that but this only applies to a normal bike
On the ebike it is the opposite way because of the motor support

The fact that this is standard on the Euro bikes and not the US spec bikes is BS honestly.
because EU can't have thumb throttle if they could i'm sure they wouldn't get the 10 speed as well
