Thank you Carol 🙏💖 I am a 1/2 and I have round nail beds from T1, tapered longer fingers from T2 and prominent veins from T3 🤣😂 But luckily you gave me a cluebomb two years ago 🎉 🙋🏻♀️ Lukretia
Definitely true to my 4/3 type -- very square and straight T4 hands, but with T3 prominent veins and textured skin on the back (often with a scratch or two LOL). No smooth porcelain here! I've always called them "man hands" -- very strong, practical, no-nonsense.
Karen, I too am a 4/3 with straight fingers and square palm but with lots of texture and veins/spots. I read Carol's books and did lifestyle for a year so I'm pretty confident of my 4/3ness as my face and inner life is very 4, but my hands always gave me pause. You gave me hope that we are in that small minority where our hands do not indicate our dominate type. And congrats on getting your secondary typed by Carol!
My mother has type 3 hands. I never considered her a type 3, but perhaps it’s her secondary. I don’t know. But she definitely has type 3 hands, and when I was growing up she always said she had ugly, dish-pan hands 😢... I never thought badly of her hands, as they were just mom’s hands, and mom is mom, and we love our mom!

@@CarolTuttleVideos Thanks for your answer! I am :-) Hard to believe it’s only been a week since I discovered I was a type one! A week and two days I guess. And thank you once again for your confirmation on the lifestyle group of my self-realization!
Thank you Carol. I am T2 and this has been very helpful. As I am an older lady the back of my hands have more veins (maybe S3) but I still see oval shapes in the knuckles. The fronts are much cleaner looking with curves and a little 4. I always have long nails and take care of them but I also don’t often wear gloves if I garden and can get them dirty, but that’s ok. I damaged my engagement ring a few years ago because of that and was told off. Confirmation I’m not S4 as I used to dress . Humans are so interesting. 🙏
This just confirmed my type 1, I have small hands, they give impression that I'm younger than my actual age 😃. Love this video so fun. Thank you so much Carol 😍😍😍💚💚💚🌹🌹🌹🙏
@@CarolTuttleVideos yes I did, I have heart shape face😃, with many other features. But my personality closed to type 4, I got it from my type 4 parents, both of them 4. Thank you Carol so much.😍💚🌹
In 2012 I typed myself as a T2 right away, and now after watching this video it felt like yet another confirmation! I tried to position my hand out to examine all the features and my hand felt uncomfortable until I realized that I was trying to keep it rigid for display, and then I let it relax and soften and my hand was so happy going into a slight curvature of the fingers, tapering downwards almost in a cupping shape. It did not want to lay flat! It likes those softened, relaxed shapes.
My hands are definitely Type 2, with the slightly squared shaped palm of Type 4. I had already typed my self as a 2/4, before looking at my hands, so I think I did ok. A lot of these features, like texture, veining, thickened knuckles, smoothness, etc. can be age or weight-related, though.
This video was very helpful! I found it really interesting that it appears my hands reflect my secondary Type. I’m a Type3 and pretty settled on S4. My hands look more like T4 to me. Which I think helped confirm my secondary. Awesome 😎
T3 here! I've got a scholar's bump, a few prominent freckles, raised veins, and a wandering pinky on my left hand (a palm reader once told me a wandering pinky means you've always got one foot out the door, a few of the T1 hands had them I noticed!) I had to switch to square manicures because I kept popping my almond shaped nails off at the weirdest times. I get gel sets which normally need to be literally sanded off or soaked for two hours, so it was really an achievement in its own way...
@@CarolTuttleVideos It is! If we're lucky, we get to use them everyday and never look at them twice, so it's nice to think about how our hands are another piece of our expression, whether we're gesturing during a conversation or brushing a child's hair or opening a box. Thanks again for such interesting, enriching content!
This confused me even more! I'm pretty settled on a T2 and have gravitated towards a S3. I originally thought I was S4, but think my behaviors were more the result of factors in my life. But my hands are definitely a T4. The only type that I never gravitate towards is 1. I'm a mess! 😂
I've had Type 3 old lady hands since I was a child, lol! I was thinking I was a Type 4 but the more I look at my features I'm almost 100% sure I'm a 3 whose been molded/taught that Type 4 behavior is desirable. Guess I've got some healing/growing to do!

Carol Tuttle I discovered dressing your truth several months ago, and it was immediately clear to me I was a Type 2! It explained so much 😊 However I couldn’t part with the bold stripes in my wardrobe and I find I can still wear colors like magenta and even black! So knowing my secondary type is 4 makes a lot of sense!
@@moresustainable2024 If you are a Type 2 you will want to stick to your Type 2 colors. Black only looks good on a dominant Type 4 and ages everyone else.
Hmm this one is challenging for me. I have definitely come alive with the type 3 colors and design line to the point where when I wear black my friends have noticed that it doesn't flatter me at all anymore! I think I am a 3/1 but have 4 tendencies as well. My hands definitely looked more 4 in these examples, although I can see elements of 3 and 1 (more texture with bones, knuckles, and shorter more rounded fingers and nails). Yes the type 4 hands looked most like mine to me! Interesting!
@@CarolTuttleVideos Hands are a 3 definitely! I think 3 also because of yr child quiz which is very helpful! Have type 2 characteristics also in my fluidity and sensitive nature.

Very interesting. Thanks for the video. I'm a T2 S4 and my hands are T4. My husband is T3 (I'm not sure about his secondary, just know it's a lower movement) and has very delicated T2 hands with a hint of T3 in them.
I have studied palmistry for several years now, and this so far is one of the best videos I've come across giving examples of respectively, earth hands (1) fire hands (2) water hands (3) and air hands (4). Well done. I would be a type (4).
I’m a Type 2 secondary 3 but my hands are definitely all type 3 - I’ve got beautiful rings that were gifted to me and I never wear them as I don’t want any attention to my hands
Go to WholeWheatCreamPuff at Etsy. Purchase the cacay oil. Scrub your hands with a salt of sugar scrub use the cacay oil afterwards, use your favorite lotion. Then wear those rings! 🤩 Take care of your hands as you would your face.
I have Type 3 hands, I'm type 1, I guess! Still not sure, after 10 years. I guess that shows I'm type 1! I can change myself into any type, and I do, depending where I am. This is all very interesting to me. I'm 76 yrs old and love learning about this.
My hands are true to both my primary and secondary types. I have visible veins, textured knuckles, yet they're also childlike as they stopped growing when I was still a kid (about 8 or so).
I was typed to be either a 4, or 3, but it was determined that I was most likely a 3 dominant. But my hands are very classic type 4. Couldn't miss it. Not type 3 so it's interesting!
Very helpful, Carol! Thank you for this. A question though, if I have T2 hands does it automatically mean that you are also a T2 on the face? I feel I have T1/T2 face. Thank you. :-)
Hi Carol, this is the first thing that doesn't fit my profile AT ALL: I am certainly a Type 1 with secondary Type 4 - and energetic, active, Type 3 hands! Longer fingers, long, oval nails, and knuckles, veins, tendons showing. And age spots, although I wear gloves all year around, because I bicycle everywhere. Oh, and the knuckles of my thumbs even bend BACKWARDS too, almost to 90 degree, can you imagine THAT? My Mom however, is a Type 3 I think (not sure about her secondary), and she does have that hand. She's been using her hands in her whole life, doing lots of different work: she was a hairdresser and pedicurist, she has done lots of gardenig, sewing, knitting, crocheting and I don't know what. She is now in her 83rd year and is still unable to sit down just to relax: after finishing with the garden and around the house, she must take up some handwork when she sits down to rest 🙂
Carol, as a type 3 with long thin fingers, I beg to differ on the hand modeling comment, especially when we consider that most ads are airbrushed anyway!
This is one of the first videos I have seen. I typed myself as 3. But following facial profiling I think I am type 1... i find myself in every type so difficult to see my dominant. My hands are definitely not 1, I have very long fingers, lots of veins, larger knukles, short nails..
@@CarolTuttleVideos Yes, Carol, it is. With 1 as my secondary. I'm in your FB group and a member of Dressing Your Truth under my real name, Julie Peltier.
@@nacole93 Check out my new video. As you focus on your dominant energy you will notice little tendencies and style preferences that will lead to your secondary.
My hands are totally T1! I am the only person at work who needs 'small' gloves. When buying gloves, the "one size fits all" is too large and I often buy children's gloves. (I am resisting using an emoji here - haha!)
True to my experience, my hands are not clearly a type. They look like someone took T3 and T2 and squished them together. Lots of texture. Softened angles. Even my bent pinky creates an s curve. They have the tapered fingers too. It really looks like someone softened a t3 hand.
My hands aren’t typical t3. Of course I see some characteristics but I seem to have a mix of t2 and t4?? I don’t have the typical knobby knuckles, my lines are straighter but I do have the veins on my palms, and deep lines on top of my knuckles but not so much on the skin of my palm. This was interesting, thanks. Do the other characteristics in hands point towards our secondary nature?? I haven’t really been able to pinpoint my secondary.
T1 hands could have been mine. All my nail beds are even different shape! Interestingly my hubby is a t2 (his face it totally t2 looking) but his hands are very straight, perfect squared nails, graceful looking t4 hands. I believe it's his secondary. Which would be just right since I'm a 1/3. Lol
I got number 4 in which you told that Structed , focused and quality of being linear And thank you for telling my hands are little different so I was confused I thought I was sick 😁
I found a correlation for me here with another aspect of life. I am a type 4, with a secondary 1. (4/1) .... and if I were to get a new wedding ring (after nearly 20 hrs now 😜) ... this time around I know what I’d prefer. I’d get an elongated, cushion cut center stone. This is a rectangle- with circular corners. I think that is very 4/1 of me Lol. Also, whenever I get my nails done with acrylic nails I prefer the square and short nails. But this one nail tech who did my nails for my wedding told me Oh No you should get Them Long and Circular tip. “It looks better”. I was so you g that I was like well....... I really prefer the other look, but maybe she’s right and my wedding photos will look better with what she says ?!?!?!?? ..... it was not a big deal, and it all looked fine enough. But NO I did not prefer her way. And she must be a different energy type. As to this day I prefer the squared nails !!!!
Now I’m not sure if I am T2 or T4. Everything is like T2 but the hands are very rectangular with oval nail bed though. But I’ve been shaping them rectangular for as long as I remember myself.

I'm definitely type 1. And my hands give it away so easily 😄😅. It becomes more evident as the days go by. It almost looks as if type 1 hands age in reverse direction with the body 😀. When I was much younger, like in my mid and even late teens, I was okay with my hands looking like a child's, even though I wasn't a child at that point, but I thought since I was still very young it's still kind of normal so it wasn't that weird. But when I got into my 20's and even late 20's, I was expecting them to look older, stronger, bolder, I mean it's logical. But no, my hands were still smooth, young and feeble (like in a good way feeble and very soft), it's almost as if my hands refused grow with me. Lolss. So it all makes sense. Even right now you can hardly spot a knuckle on my hands and they're still soft and childlike, and the irony is, I work with my hands so often. I'm a pianist. I play grand piano with heavy notes, so it's logical to think that the punch and finger strength required to make a heavy note sound is enough to make a person's hand strong especially when you play classicals that require constant rigorous and sometimes strenuous hand exercises to stay competent, with an average of at least 3 hour worth of practice every day 😄😀. And I've been playing now for over 27 years. Well I find it awesome. Thank you for sharing. It is a great video. Blessings and much love 💕.
@@CarolTuttleVideos Welcome Ma'am. I've known my type since this month Ma'am 😄, that's when I started watching you. Like this. Simplifies things. But I've always liked my t3 hands. Someone complimented them in grade school and the impression that they were lovely stuck. I like the spaces between the fingers my wider knuckles make. I don't wear nail polish though because my nail beds are SOOOO asymmetrical, it looks bizarre to accentuate that.
My hands seemed more of a mixture of Type 2 and Type 4. I have soft, smooth, porcelain skin, even width, more long, straight fingers. I have to watch it again since I can’t decide if my nail beds are more rectangular or oval and I want to look at the palms better. They’re not childlike at all and they’re not textured at all. I have been told on several occasions that I should be a hand model. In Lifestyle, I had received a comment from Carol that I was Type 1 since she had tagged me saying she responded to me in a Child Whisperer group that I was, yet I couldn’t find the reply anywhere so I’m not entirely sure it was meant for me. If anything, it could be a sign of my secondary (I’m leaning toward Type 4 for the hands), since looking at old photos of myself I only seem to look good with my hair more polished and straight and with it pinned up at the crown and shorter bob. No bangs. I look funny in bangs. They drag me down. Anyway, thanks for another interesting tutorial. I’m trying to find the video (I can’t remember the title so I can’t search it and I deactivated Facebook three months ago so I can’t ask the group) of all the types trying on other types and came across this one. Sorry for the run on paragraph since I’m on my phone.

Remember to think of the whole, don't pick apart individual parts of yourself. Look at your face as a whole, what type do you see?
Thanks for the video, more information to confirm my Type four profile. I find it so interesting the connection between energy and body features and how you've been able to so accurately define the various types.
How long have you known you are a Type 4?
@@CarolTuttleVideos I just found out about your program a month ago so still new!
Thank you Carol 🙏💖 I am a 1/2 and I have round nail beds from T1, tapered longer fingers from T2 and prominent veins from T3 🤣😂 But luckily you gave me a cluebomb two years ago 🎉 🙋🏻♀️ Lukretia
Thank you for watching!
Hahaha, I had the exact same conclusion as you !! 😄🤣😅
Definitely true to my 4/3 type -- very square and straight T4 hands, but with T3 prominent veins and textured skin on the back (often with a scratch or two LOL). No smooth porcelain here! I've always called them "man hands" -- very strong, practical, no-nonsense.
How long have you known your Type?
@@CarolTuttleVideos I realized I was T4 about 3 years ago. Then you verified my S3 about 2 years ago.
Do you know what her dominant energy is?
Goodness maybe a type one not sure
My hands seem to be a type 4. I have vasillated between the different types. Never thinking I was a 2; but at times entertaining the thought that I am 1 or 3 or 4. I really appreciated this video.

You're welcome. I'm so glad this was helpful for you!
This just confirmed my type 1, I have small hands, they give impression that I'm younger than my actual age 😃. Love this video so fun. Thank you so much Carol 😍😍😍💚💚💚🌹🌹🌹🙏
I'm glad this helped you. Have you watched the Type 1 face profiling videos as well?
Thank you for watching and commenting! Isn't it great to know your Type?
My hands are definitely Type 2, with the slightly squared shaped palm of Type 4. I had already typed my self as a 2/4, before looking at my hands, so I think I did ok. A lot of these features, like texture, veining, thickened knuckles, smoothness, etc. can be age or weight-related, though.
Make sure you use facial profiling as the main source for determining your Type.
Hi Carol. Thanks for the lovely video. I think secondary energy type also shows some expression in case of hands.
In some cases, your hands could show your secondary energy.
This video was very helpful! I found it really interesting that it appears my hands reflect my secondary Type. I’m a Type3 and pretty settled on S4. My hands look more like T4 to me. Which I think helped confirm my secondary. Awesome 😎
I'm glad this helped you with your secondary energy!
Thank you for commenting. It's fun to hear about the different Types of hands!
@@CarolTuttleVideos It is! If we're lucky, we get to use them everyday and never look at them twice, so it's nice to think about how our hands are another piece of our expression, whether we're gesturing during a conversation or brushing a child's hair or opening a box. Thanks again for such interesting, enriching content!
definitely 4 for me. yeah finally
Make sure you look at your whole, not just one part of your body!
This confused me even more! I'm pretty settled on a T2 and have gravitated towards a S3. I originally thought I was S4, but think my behaviors were more the result of factors in my life. But my hands are definitely a T4. The only type that I never gravitate towards is 1. I'm a mess! 😂

Carol Tuttle I discovered dressing your truth several months ago, and it was immediately clear to me I was a Type 2! Very helpful, Carol! Thank you for this. A question though, if I have T2 hands does it automatically mean that you are also a T2 on the face? I feel I have T1/T2 face. Thank you. :-)
No, your hands are just one expression of your overall movement. You will want to use face profiling to determine your dominant Type.
I definitely have type 1 hands.
What Type are you?
I'm type 4 as expected.
Is your dominant Type 4 based on facial profiling?
This is one of the first videos I have seen. I typed myself as 3. But following facial profiling I think I am type 1... i find myself in every type so difficult to see my dominant. My hands are definitely not 1, I have very long fingers, lots of veins, larger knukles, short nails..

How long have you known your Type?
True to my experience, my hands are not clearly a type. They look like someone took T3 and T2 and squished them together. Lots of texture. Softened angles. Even my bent pinky creates an s curve. They have the tapered fingers too. It really looks like someone softened a t3 hand.
What is your dominant and secondary?
I think I am between 3-4? And I have always loved my hands🤍🤍
Have you taken the course at dressingyourtruth.com?
Mine were in between 1 and 2, with more veins than 1 and 2, but less than 3.
They could lead to your secondary, but I recommend signing up for Lifestyle and watching the many secondary videos we have there on each secondary.
Lol

What does your facial profiling say your Type is?
I got number 4 in which you told that
Structed , focused and quality of being linear
And thank you for telling my hands are little different so I was confused I thought I was sick 😁
Lol feel like my hands are a cross between 1 and 4, I found it difficult to tell my type by looking at my hands 😁
Do you know your Type based on your facial features and overall movement?
20 years not hrs* 🤪

@@CarolTuttleVideos yes

Carol Tuttle will do!🙂
I'm definitely type 1.

Do you know your dominant Type?
I'm very obvious Type 3. Now I know, what I am.
I'm glad you like your T3 hands!
