So, this was one of the best ones ever! She looked so diminutive at the beginning, so weighed down. After, she seemed so much more alive and confident and somehow more grounded. As a T2/1, in the past, feeling as though I must measure up to the T3 females in my family, I'd been triggered by the "push" of a T3. I love the honesty about feeling negative about those qualities, the awareness and validation of her own feelings as well as those of her family, and then the CELEBRATION of being a T3 in all it's fullness of awesomeness! It helps bring me closer to loving those qualities in my own family! THANK YOU, Mary Ann and Carol, for this beautiful learning experience. Many blessings to you both
The client came alive in the 2nd part. Loved how she realized she shouldn’t be ashamed of her aggressiveness when it’s what’s helped her achieve quite a bit in her life.
What an amazing transformation! She looks so much younger and happier and stylish. I am also a 3/4 and what she mentioned about needing her quiet/alone time really resonated with me. That is how I am as well, either on or off with no in-between. :)
Carol you are wonderful and Mary Ann is just delightful. I like her a lot. what a transformation from grandma to glamour girl. she looks sooo much younger.
ABSOLUTELY CAROL! Once I FINALLY realized how perfectly type 1 fits with me, (after totally romancing and trying to embrace every other type notion - SO type 1ish, and I LOVE me!) HOW did I EVER miss that?
She is so super adorable!!, but I think she was cute before, also. Personally, I don't care if I seem approachable or not. I don't feel I exist for others to approve of me :p Lol.
I loved this video. I was especially impressed at how her wrinkles disappeared. I immediately changed from my type 4 clothes into type 3 clothes and my turkey neck has disappeared! Initially when I found your website I was very attracted to the type 3 funky clothes and the hair. Then I did the test which said I was a type 4. I loved the colours and how calm it was. I read the book and still felt I was type 4 with maybe a secondary type 1. I definitely need my quiet time. As a child I was always the quiet child playing by herself. After watching this video I checked my hands again and there is a lot of texture. My face also has the downward movement around my mouth. And my very curly hair needs a lot of body and lifted roots to look "right". And I've had the neighbours complain that I laugh too loud! So guess I have more investigation to do, but looking forward to finding my style. And if I am defnitely a type 3, frustrated about what to do with all my black clothes...
I kept waiting for Carol to mention the possibility of a secondary 4, but she blamed the parent... I'm a 3/4, and I had the exact same dilemma until I realized I had a strong secondary 4. So strong that it's almost 50/50 with my primary 3.
Me too. One way it shows up is I'm very minimalistic and could/would never wear the amount of jewelry as is suggested for type 3. DYT 3/4 would equal a Dark Autumn in other systems which includes wearing black.
@@extremesoutherngal I hate it when when she blames the parent. What about us who dont have a horrible parent to blame? How do we explain our deficits? Anyway, the point is we call to ourselves our experiences. She brought forth into this physical expression her "deficits" or rather, the parts of her that need enhancement. She attracted her herself via her vibration parents to treat her as she feels/vibrates that she is. Let's get to the core of the situation.
What is also interesting is how people behave thinking they are one type and then deciding they are another. There is a you tuber I love but she thot she was a 4 initially, so in those videos she presents very differently once she realized she is a T1/S4.
Type 3 understood so hard working, for everyone man, children, firm And forget herself, so time to her, to explore fashion, good luck And she also proberly carry every one sadness, and can handel it thanks to her
Ha! Ha! Ha! I’m a type 3 secondary 1! I’ve been revisiting all the type 3 content from before and afters to event reveals and I just had an aha moment about “jumping” back and forth from secondary 1 or 2. And getting in the car and driving to another state on a “whim.” The funny thing is in the beginning I thought I was a 3;1. But as I watched the course I followed Sarah and liked a lot of her stuff. So, I thought my secondary must’ve been a 2. But, my type 2 husband said, “You don’t think about anything, you’re a 3;1!” I was so hurt because I wanted to be sensitive and contemplative. I cry at sad movies! Just, not as much as my husband does.🤣
I definitely have a resting b*tch face (I've often been told that I look angry or very serious when I'm not upset and just thinking about something). Btw I'm glad she didn't dye her hair, it looks really good. And that top looks gorgeous on her :). PS I do the same thing as her (pushing things aside that I'm not convinced about, haha - and this idea of "yeah, I've got this" - uhh oops there's a lot of details to take into account)
It's the common "opposites attract" sort of thing. Each Type can have a successful relationship with any Type. Have you taken my Rewarding Communications course?
Funny this. The books have lists with properties typical for each type. The first thing that comes to mind is, of course, to do the counting and sum them up. Why else are the descriptive words there?
Carol, I think I'm a T3. I've bounced around from T4, T1 and T3, but T3, makes me happiest energy-wise, but it scares me, b/c I'm usually worried about people of importance thinking I'm unfriendly. I'm also uncomfortable w/ the leopard print, b/c when people 1st see me, I automatically think that they'll think I'm a jerk (w/o leopard print - just my energy & serious face) lol I don't care a whole lot about strangers, but I do care about anyone I need something from, if that makes sense. I'm in the process of trying to open up my 1st business, I'm tired of working for people. I usually think I can do a better job than them lol and if I can't I hate feeling "inferior."

I feel like I'm a 4 on the "inside" and and 3 on the "outside." Idk what my dominant is. I feel split strait down the middle between 4 & 3. I'm a complete introvert but love the type 3 clothes. I'm super swift and have heavy foot plant, but am super liner and logical in my thinking. I have horrible posture but was a quiet, thoughtful child with a very autonomous authority. I have facial features that could be 4 or 3. UGH

Maybe it’s just me but I’ve watched several of these. I’m a 3 and I have dealt with subtle body and speech cues my entire life. The host is antagonistic in subtle tone and body language. Women are territorial by nature and she’s not as friendly or genuinely interested in this woman. The woman in black is in my opinion a hardworking no nonsense woman in a boss and leadership position who most people consider hard b****. I get it. I have a great deal of empathy for her.
wow, what a change back to herself, even her hairstyle fits her type 3, i guess with secondary 4, because of her need to be alone and her erect posture.
