when charging is it supposed show the percentage blinking?
Thanks so much for your video. When I pressed the power button, the charger seemed to take a while to turn off (indicated by no display on the LED). Or does the charger turn off by itself? I appreciate your taking the time to respond to my question.

You can only charge through the input ports not the cables

If you use the built in cables no, but if you use the PD port work an external cable yes
i have a similar powerbank but by pressing once or twice or even after hold pressing it didn’t start i couldn’t understand the mechanism here but when i plug in to the charger it shows the percentage pls help !!

Its not a "fast charger" but it does charge well. I can use my phone and play games and it still increases in battery life.
