    Just bought this off Amazon. What not is included is the cable to power it in the first place.

      The USB A port built in to the back of the powerbank is for that. USB C too.

      One of the included cables on the back is a USB A. You plug that into a usb port. You can do the same with the USB C cable. Thanks for watching!

      We plug ours in using the included USB A or USB C cable to a Voltme charger we reviewed here on tech Travel geeks

    Mine I’ve just bought only comes with 1 cable 😢. Also the power on off button seems very temperamental regarding actually switching it on / off. Why is this ?

      It sounds like you purchased a different model of the powerbank.

    Constructive criticism from 1 scot to another - all of this info is readily available from the product specs. As someone who is not 'tech minded', the info I really needed to know was how many charges of device per cycle, how does it handle charging multiple devices simultaneously, how long does it take to charge X device, how long does the powerbank take to charge itself, etc. Quite frankly, "a good while" or "some time" means nothing. This review really didn't provide any information we didn't already know 😕 This is the 1st review I've watched from your channel but you claim to have been doing this for a while so I'm surprised you're not aware that this type of info requirement is pretty standard amongst tech reviewers 🤷‍♀️

    • @TechTravelGeeks
      @TechTravelGeeks  Рік тому +4

      We are aware if some people's requirements, but as all those measurements are very subjective to an array of conditions (charger, cable, temperature, device being charged, status of device being charged) we decided to not go into too much detail which would have been misleading to most viewers. 👋

      @@TechTravelGeeks in making that choice though you make your review pointless as younprovide zero new information. Everything you said can be gleaned from the Amazon description! Most tech reviewers go into the aforementioned points as well as device weight, size comparison, perceived build robustness, etc as a demobstration of their views as the tech consumer in order to provide comparable evidence that a consumer can then use to guage their own requirments on. I was simply passing constructive criticism which would make your channel more appealing but its up to you if you choose to ignore that (as prev stated, it is info sought by this non-tech minded consumer). Quite frankly, I'm surprised you don't have more comments to this effect but then you don't have many comments! Have a look at more successful tech review UA-cam channels and you'll see exactly what I mean but you do you 👍

      From an expat. Scot living in Canada ! I can tell you that I made a big mistake purchasing this small inferior power bank.
      It barely can charge my small Ipod and struggles to charge my phone. Small = insufficient charging capacity.

      As someone who has used this powerbank heavily over the last couple of weekends topping up an iPhone 15 Pro Max and Pixel 8 Pro, our Chief Aperture Officer has faced no issues with this powerbank and now has it as a mainstay in his hand luggage bag.

      @@TechTravelGeeks this review doesn't help at all. The info you give is pretty basic. If you feel everything is subjective then why not at least be helpful enough to provide the conditions you used with the powerbank. I would never buy this powerbank based on this review. There are so many question marks.
