      I am glad you are finding them helpful. Remember, it is of the utmost importance to turn down the full body tensions.
      In steps of zooming out:
      1) Shoulder blade and ribs:

      Make the ribs move the shoulder.
      Consider both sides not just your problem shoulder side.

    Hello Eric, do you have(by your own experience)any good somatic movements for horrible anxiety, panic attacks. Stock in a fear bobble and no idea how to help myself. God bless.

      So much of my version of Somatics is for that type of problem. Think of those attacks as a total boiling over of stress response. The tensions add up and the system runs out of room to breathe, further compounding the stress.
      The simple single emergency go to is:

      To look at it with more discernment, look at is as front or back as the primary contraction. Perhaps both at the same time.

      I made a playlist of the movements to address panic attacks and anxiety attacks. I'm traveling right now and I didn't have time to put them in the perfect order, but it's pretty close. You may want to try working from the top down on these to have them in your repertoire.
