I love Lucy. As I was following "chasing cat's tail" my cat Milly put her butt in my face as it was turned towards her and you were petting Lucy AND so I petted Milly. We're totally in sync! :P Thank you Aprille.

Aprille, I have a question: Why do you always have us roll over to the right side of our bodies in order to get up from a floor yoga position? Thank you!
Excellent questions Erin and I am so glad you noticed that. Rolling over to the right helps bring your blood pressure back to balance before coming upright. It is often used by hospital staff to stabilize blood pressure but it also helps to avoid the feeling of slight dizziness or breathlessness one often gets after lying down for long periods of time and coming upright.
