    180g chicken thighs skinless boneless
    60g jasmine rice (weight raw)
    50g onions
    150g bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1 piece ginger
    Optionally: 50g canned pineapple
    sauce:
    50g juice of canned pineapple
    20g soy
    15g rice vinegar
    15g ketchup
    2g cornstarch
    Start by making the rice.
Chop up vegetables, combine sauce ingredients in a glass, and mix. Remove the skin from the chicken if you can't find skinless chicken thighs, season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and cut into smaller pieces. Peel and grate the garlic and the ginger.
Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes in a pan on medium-high heat, flipping every 60 seconds. Then add the vegetables and keep frying for another 2 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and fry for another 20 seconds before adding the sauce. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
To plate, add the rice into a bowl and top with the sweet & sour chicken, done!

Lost 20.5 pounds over the last 11.5 weeks with the help of your recipes. Thank you very much. My favorites so far are the creamy Beef Bowl, creamy chicken, yaki Udon and a few others.

Love your recipes, got your cookbook as a birthday gift and incoperated it since then in my daily life => Maybe also some low calorie drink recipes would be nice. Sadly, I'm kind of addicted to sweetened drinks/having trouble just sticking to water. Although there are plenty of zero variants, it would be very cool to see some easy to make and delicious drinks/lemonades that have low or close to none calories

Hello Felu! Thanks for all these great videos they are all amazing, but I have a problem here. Most of your recipes (not this one) includes greek/skyr yoghurt, low fat cream cheese or condensed milk etc. Its impossible to find these ingredients in Turkey😞 so in this kind of recipes, can I use our low fat milk, low fat kind of yoghurts/cheese instead? I really would like to try all your recipes 😕

A lil trick to things like rice, potatoes, pasta that have high starch levels is to cook it the day before and let it sit in the fridge overnight. That actually drops its carb level by a ton and makes it a resistant starch and prebiotic that helps the guts out. :)

Most packaged rice don't need to he washed.
The bulk rice you buy at the supermarket that comes in a weighed out portion does, however.
