Macros 1 Pizza: 685 Calories, 69C, 27F, 41P
80g flour
80g greek yogurt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Salt
2g olive oil
You can make a bigger dough as long as you use the 1:1 ratio of flour to yogurt.
60g tomato sauce store-bought
20g shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cheese sticks or 80g
You can also use 100g of cheese sticks. Uses 60g for the crust and 40g as the topping.
Bake at 220°C or 420°F for 15-20 min.

I love your approach to dieting. For me part of the fun of dieting is not only conquering a goal, but making my own versions of my favorite foods into a healthy version. It feels like you’re cheating the system when you can lose weight AND enjoy your foods.
I love this! It's great that you don't shy away from all purpose flour, just use a little bit of it so as to keep the overall calories and carbs lower. Not having to work with yeast and adding in that high protein nonfat yogurt makes this dough alone a winner. I could even just use this as a flatbread and eat it with hummus or make a sandwich with it. Thanks Felu!

Since living with my (vegetarian) gf i sadly stopped cooking many of your recipes, because most of them are with meet/chicken and I dislike most of the meat/chicken alternatives (also they are mostly low on protein). Yes, I did it many times with skyr, it works with regular plain yogurt as well
A quick question, I bought your cooking book and was wondering if the sauce's calories included within the recipe that require you to add them? For example, the buffalo sauce pasta requires the three cheeses sauce, which is the calories of that sauce, all ready, included within the recipe? I just explained, because after reading my initial question, it did not seem to be very spesific in an understandable way😅

In The United States you can find 200g bags of fat free shredded mozzarella cheese which have 63g protein and only 315kcal. But that may vary on locale. I've heard Brits say they can't get it there. Germans and others in The EU no idea. Using the string cheese for the crust stuffing is a great idea, I'd use "light" variant if you can find it, which has less fat; about 2g per 20g

It will work even better but it will have slightly less protein

No that won't work. Flour is made out of wheat and can not be substitue for nuts.

Hi Felu, this looks really good and a nice easy recipe.
I would personally prefer to use some real cheese and avoid the processed cheese sticks. Maybe being a food snob here, but if we are choosing that in order to be ‘healthier’ simply because it’s lower calorie, think we’ve lost our way a bit. 20 grams of cheddar or something that would pair well with the mozzarella would be marginal extra calories but a nicer product to use.
Just for context I’ve come from a background of a restrictive ED and maximising volume at the expense of nutritional quality to try and keep myself full. Still a work in progress shifting those habits and properly nourishing myself.
