See no fault here ... Except Justin Tucker over Viniteri but can understand the pick
every one does the same thing uses stats to argue jerry rice is the best then ignores stats when you say emmitt smith was the best rb.
There's no argument for Smith to be rated higher than Jim Brown, none.
When Emmitt Smith Sr. does what Jim Brown did in 9 seasons playing 12 and 14 games he can claim the title as the G.O.A.T. running back, as a matter of fact, any running back for that matter; based on his stats, if you want to scale Jim Brown for a 16-game seasons, it's no contest, and if you want to scale Emmitt stats for 12 and 14 game seasons; he would look bad compared to Jim Brown; while Jim Brown averages still stand out in the modern NFL; Jim Brown game average stats make him the G.O.A.T running back.....
@@troyfew2373 my point being was the same people who says jeryy is the goat just because his stat then will say smith is not but he does have the goat stats. personally i dont think jerry or smith are the goat at there positions just be consistent if your going to claim some one is the best because of stats stay to that criteria. my opinion is wr gaot is moss and rb goat is payton
@@Landofhim i wasn't very clear. my point was if your going to use who has the best stats for one posision and not the others. to keep you criteria consistent. personally i think walter payton is the goat
Well every position out of LT on defense you can all argue and TOM on ofense as well. Those two ain't arguable😂
I see that the G.O.A.T punter Ray Guy was left off list; that's nothing but disrespect to the Raiders; he actually won games punting; his punts hung in the air long enough that the coverage team could set up a picnic by the returner eat, and put everything up and then tackle the returner for no yards on the return.....
QB: Tom Brady
RB: Barry Sanders
WR: Jerry Rice
TE: Tony Gonzalez
Some good picks, but I detect a notable bias toward recent players.
Walter Jones had more pro bowls than holding penalties in his career, Mike Webster is the Goat Center
LT was a outside linebacker 😂 list is trash
Honestly there’s too much great competition at each position that you really need to cover every actual position, like FS AND SS, not just safety. And for positions like WR, should really be 3-4 goats for the 3-4 WR’s on the field at a time.
Vince Wilford was the GOAT DT
Deacon Jones was an end, not a tackle.
Deacon Jones wasn't a DT
ed reed should be 1
Punter??
Sooooo who was the goat Punter?
Mike Singletary is better than Ray Lewis. Watch them both play against the best offenses of their times and you will see that Mike Singletary is the better rounded player.
Mike Webster is the greatest center.
Barry Sanders>
It's funny that you don't even mention OJ. I wonder why.
And it's completely useless to compare different eras.
stupid list
I love Jason Kelce, but if Championship pedigree is a category, then how can you overlook Mike Webster?
I couldn't agree more. The fact that he completely destroyed his body & mind to help lead the Steelers to greatness is the ultimate testimate to him being the GOAT of his position.
GOAT kicker Justin Tucker
Bruce Smith wasn't a DT? If he is, then he's above Aaron Donald.
And you didn't even mention him
QB: Mahomes
RB: Barry Sanders
WR: Jerry Rice
TE: Gronk
OT: Bruce Matthews
OG: John Hannah
C: Mike Webster
DE: Reggie White
DT: Aaron Donald
OLB: Lawrence Taylor
MLB: Ray Lewis
CB: Prime
SS: Ronnie Lott
FS: Ed Reed
The fact that both Kelce brothers can be the goat the at their position is crazy
Ed Reed…no Contest!!! 🙌
No Joe Greene is actually wild
I'm gonna stop you at 5:15. You must've never heard of Barry Sanders. The GOAT of all running backs !!!
