I feel like they should make the chicken do 1 damage once. The memes forever more would be all about pay to win and if the game isn't balanced, blame the chicken
Checked looks nicer than all the units in the game. Imagine if they changed the character model and went for an animal themed rts. I bet the game would look way better, same unit abilities but they are chickens, crabs, pigs and etc.

It's literally a leftover placeholder asset that people begged them to be implemented in a more permanent way, I don't imagine the 30 minutes (max) spent coding it to randoml patrol the base made a huge impact on the budget

Why don't you use any AO in your terrain textures? PBR isn't foolproof, you still need to multiply in AO or it looks like flat garbage
