    Good stuff. A question. In a seven day week, is it enough to do just one shoulder day, maybe just one back and bi day, maybe just one chest and tri day, maybe just one leg day? And if so, why, and where does Ab day fit in? Thanks.

    YO BRUTHA SADIK… I LIKE THE REVERSE HAMMER PRESS… I WANTED TO KNOW CAN HOU DO THAT SAME EXERCISE USING A LANDMINE WITH THE VIKING PRESS ATTACHMENT.. THAT MOVEMENT LOOK LIKE IT WILL HIT ALL 3 HEADS OF THE SHOULDER

    We know what he means, but "medial" is an anatomical term used to describe that which is more towards the midline of the body. It is not a proper way to describe the lateral/middle fibers of your deltoid. Common mistake, and just worth noting. Doesn't mean the guy doesn't know his stuff.
