Thank you, I know this vid is old but I'm just finding it and it's the first one to offer me a standing method of helping that area. I sit too much and it's difficult for me to get down on the floor and back up again often like in other videos. (I'm not overweight or have physical disability but my joints ache a lot because of being lazy.) I simply need to stretch and work out more because I'm so inactive and this was very helpful for getting me started.
This is fantastic! I have chronic L4-L5 problems and have been doing this each morning this week. It's incredibly painful (but not more than I can bear) but in a good way - each day is a little less and I have flexibility to start my day. Once the pain is gone, I'll be keep this video as something I do to stay in good health and retain my flexibility. Thank you 🙏☺️
Amazing! When you feel strong enough try this: ua-cam.com/video/HuKedpOFlEM/v-deo.html Just a little at a time to start to strengthen the area. Go very slow so you don't hurt yourself but a little at a time may get you some strength so it doesn't return.
I am doing these stretches since a while and can say that they help me. Hope you continue posting and thank you. I have seen many other posts but your stretches I can do easily while I am at home or at work and think I have no time 😊
That makes me so happy! That's exactly how they were designed...so you can get more results in less time. :) we're posting a new 5 minute routine on Thursday! if there are any other areas you'd like to see stretches of please let me know. Thanks!
