You think these would be good for the gym or too warm?
Hard to say. I personally hate wearing headphones at the gym and prefer earbuds. So to me, every headphone is "too warm" at the gym.
They dont feel very warm wearing them though so if you prefer headphones in the gym, they should work

Yep.. Every brand had a "beats look a like" when Beats were all the rage. Had to attract the kids somehow I guess.
