tbh let them waste their money on rebuild spec wheels. these wheel importer joe shmoes arent buying the actually nice wheels. they just buy all the cheap junk anyways. they arent flexing on the market for the wheels i buy monoblock works, gram lights, advans etc..
It's been burned out for years now. Crooober exists partly because of these "wheel importers" straight up using Upgarage pictures to presell wheels they don't even own yet all over social media.
Compared to a few years ago, I'd say the more desirable parts have become a lot more rare. Prices are only a little bit more for the rebuild spec stuff.
Stateside, I feel is already a bit flooded with rebuild spec wheels now so wheels aren't worth as much as they used to be on the used market.

Read the descriptions carefully. The vast majority are sets with damaged wheels. Cracks and bends are common in a set.
I was just reading about some 15" tires and it stated up front and clearly that their is corrosion present.

MSRP for brand new VSXX which is comparable to Rezax 2's is $780 USD for 18x12 and $740 for an 18x10 (smallest offered on Evasive Motorsports website). Evasive offers the wheels at a discount for $702 for the 18x12 and $666 for 18x10. That's $2,736 for brand new works excluding shipping (let's say $300, same shipping as my wheels from Japan) and excluding tax (~10% in California) so $270 in tax. Total for brand new Works for me in California would be roughly $3,300 and a wait the 3-8 weeks for them to be built. That's $1400 more expensive than my wheels after relipping and $2000 more than my wheels as they came. Go Croooober!

If you want to buy wheels on there, be prepared to pay Atleast 800-1000 for shipping. That site is good for SMALL stuff, nothing heavy because shipping will kill you

lol just use craigslist i picked up a set of clean SSR GT2's (which are discontinued) for 400 usd with tires not mounted forget your 2400$ with shipping wheels and waiting for them to arrive... only downside on the ones i got is the center caps are scuffed and need refinishing and if you loose one they are impossible to find

@@bonez5281 god, maybe 40 or 50 bucks? Croooober is good for Upgarage stuff, but I've been using Buyee to buy off yahoo auctions japan. Shipping is usually the same price, but more stuff to choose from and prices can be a lot lower.

It honestly depends on tire brands and sizing. But I've looked at it and the price difference is negligible. It'll be like a $10 difference per tire at most which isn't a deal breaker in my books.

How to test how much offset you need on your car
Where i live you cant even go 3cm out of your wheel well because cops here just want to get easy money whenever they can
To test offset we use spacers on smaller width wheels with higher offsets. And we keep adding spacers + 3d printing small spacers to get the exact fitment that the new wheel will have. Willtheyfit.com is a great resource to figure out sizing and offset as well.
