I have the same issue and change everything except for the control board. Do you have a picture of how you bypassed the gas switch. I would like to try it. I watched your video "short" and can't follow your bypass wiring. thanks.
I did fix this in the end - and I was at 9.5” W.C. …..the issue turned out to be a faulty switch which was easy to bypass. See other shorts I posted on this topic :)
it was not needed to purge the line - though it probably helped. What was the issue was a safety installation switch. I bypassed the switch on the gas-flow control block and all was good.

I have the 3 flashing lights indicating ignition lock out but don't know the next step or what to fix.

What size fitting do you need to screw into the gas valve?
It looks like you have the manometer set to KPa and it should be set to inches w.c.
Your pressure is about 40" w.c, which is way too high.

What ended up being the issue?
Ended up being the service switch….it was bad, so I bypassed it, so the switch isn’t in use anymore, and all is good
@@IanB22 what is the service switch?
@@neils9998 where the gas-line comes in…..there is a black switch the gas metering block….I by-passed that switch and all was working again.
I have the exact same issue and just found your videos. Any link you can provide on how to bypass the service switch?
