A nice shade of green. I'm a fan of making watches more dressy. Second hour has done this recently in their sports watch. I love the dial. Great video Russell.
Thank you Russell for another GREAT video. I love the Sinn 556I. Love the simplicity of that watch. The green, even though it's different from any green I've seen, just really does not motivate me to ever even consider this watch. The ONLY green watch I have ever liked (and purchased) was the Seiko Alpinist SARB017. As ALWAYS thank you for ALL you do for the watch community!

Love my Sinn watches. I have a Sinn 103 sa BE and 856 S UTC - both get as much wear as my Submariner 124060, Speedmaster and Tudor Pelagos FXD.

I thought the dial was black until you mentioned it and showed the outdoor shot...and the bezel too! That’s an interesting green, but I think Inpreder the black better too. Looks like a fun, workhorse automatic chrono! Beautiful!

Thanks for this review! I was specifically hoping someone would review this version of the Sinn 103, and then you scratched the itch for me. I have pretty much decided to go with the new green dial 104 instead (same dial color, same strap), but I wanted to hear from someone with actual hands on with the 103. Your review invites an interesting and deeper question about dial colors in watches, and what does it actually say about people (like me) who are drawn to more flamboyant colors? Is that a good or bad reason to buy a watch? I don’t know the answer… but I do look forward to listening to more of your reviews in the future!

Great watch, great review. Agree re taking the base model over this (a relative bargain) and rotor size - it actually looks quite bizarre, wonder why they’ve done that? Thanks for another fun review mate! 👊🏻

cool review of a really nice piece! 👍🏼 sinn offer a bunch of tough tools built to last... i live quite close to their factory/headquarter in frankfurt and i think i‘ll visit them till the end of the year to get myself a 104 with the blue dial... 😎

What a cool limited edition! There’s something awesome about Sinn’s usually none more tooly utilitarian design getting a glittery makeover!
It’s a chunky monkey for sure but that seems to be par for the course with the lower end of the automatic chronograph market.

It's a great watch. I am lucky enough to have one. My only negative is that i'd have liked some colour contrast on this versus the green. The blue ltd is great as it has faux patina on the arabic numerals and is a bit more interesting. I have one for sale in the UK if anyone is interested....

Sinn is on of my favorite watch brands. Other brands should take a page out of Sinn's book and develop their watches so that they look good in any situation. Land, sea, and air Sinn watches dont care they are built go anywhere. You can take a Sinn dress watch swimming. Take a chronograph diving. Eject out a cockpit with a dive watch. Thats why they're so cool.

I have a Sinn 103 st Sr UTC and I wear this most of the time, I have other Valjoux based chronographs inc my next favorite Eterna-matic base 1000 Kontiki, red sweep, a Breitling Navi and a few 70s 7750 and 7733s also a couple Landeron 48s. I also have a Rolex Sub 114060 a few Omegas Longines and a lovely Super Compressor to name just a few. I am a total watch nut.

Back in the barking (and horse neighing) again - thank goodness- mate ! By the way, nice one but I would prefer the standard version WITH a sapphire. An hour ago I bought an old 1973 Seiko 5 Actus SS automatic TV dial. with a BLUE dial. This thing looks really weird - but sooo seventies !
