I dont know who this guy is, but i like the way he works with the people. - Thx for translating this. Intresting to see the diff in punches shooled by that guy. Never saw a jab like this.
So yesterday I tried Mr Frilov's one two on the bag, the one where you jab and then cross while slipping almost like an overhand right and I found I smothered the two. So instead I substituted the two for the four and now I've got a really awesome combo after adding a few more punches!
IMO the best explanation of the biomechanics of throwing punches on YT. I find the Soviet style of boxing very interresting, originally oriented for olympic boxing, I guess, as the Cuban that is also veru valuable to study. Spassibo
Can you analyze MMA fighter Ilia Topuria’s punch. I’ve seen all sorts of theories on why he’s such a heavy hitter for 145#. Wanted a professional boxing coach’s analysis. Thanks.
In some china village coming out of your metal cage smoker fighting a prized fighting rooster, literally you fighting the rooster….look at ya now! Proud of you buddy 😊
Hi, I love your boxing content and I really appreciate what you do. I've learned quite a lot from you guys, but I would like to request a better voice over. The camera quality is amazing, but the person doing his voice over in the English voice is really slacking off. Either that or if it would be possible, please add English subtitles. We can understand as the action is being done. But overall, thank you for another great video.
The Spanish part threw me off for a second 😂
😂bruh
