I saw this plane at an airshow. It was the only prop plane Im aware of with more thrust than weight. It could climb straight up, slow until it hung there like a helicopter, then accelerate up straight up.
all i can say is wow knowing a little about the plane and what it took to build a that beast OMG 10k FPM climb rate. Makes me think about a pilot i got to watch and named Mark Fullerton.
The Turbo-Raven was one of the best "one designs" ever built for aerobatics. I produced his ICAS promos for many years and Wayne is a great friend.
How this video doesn't have 100mm+ views is beyond me. Awesome plane, and pilot.
