That takeoff was majestic and beautiful!
Had to rub my eyes, watching it take off. After realising it was a turbo prop. Then it started to make sense.
There was a version of this with a classical music score.
Best looking aircraft are to me is... Tomcat, A-12oxcart, Concorde
The Turbo-Raven was one of the best "one designs" ever built for aerobatics. I produced his ICAS promos for many years and Wayne is a great friend.

I think so. May he RIP
'Snort' was way more aggressive so probably not. He was way faster and pulled very high Gs in airshows. This was smooth and graceful, but not very aggressive. He could do some insane stuff with the Tomcat.

I saw this plane at an airshow. It was the only prop plane Im aware of with more thrust than weight. It could climb straight up, slow until it hung there like a helicopter, then accelerate up straight up.

all i can say is wow knowing a little about the plane and what it took to build a that beast OMG 10k FPM climb rate. Makes me think about a pilot i got to watch and named Mark Fullerton.
