i got the 5w and its a P.O.S makes you frustrated ive tried so many different setting and i cant manage to get a 3mm cut all the way . it takes 10 passes and by the 4th pass it is out of line ..lol the 5w is garbage for the extra 100 buck get the 10w .. i ordered my 5w by mistake when i tried to make the switch for the 10w as soon as i canceled the order they mailed it out even though they said it would take 3 more days to mail out . hahaha after i tried to send back for trade they would not do it , so that tells me they know 5w is no good .unless you are using it to cut paper but paper witch a cricut machine is cheaper

Don't worry it's quite for the sound, just add exhaust fan to keep out for the fume

Hi there, great video. Just wondering, have you run into any major issues since this video was released?
I haven't had issue with this xtool d1, but I had to clean the laser head often to make it always working at maksimum cut speed
