I love this exercise, it's not like those other extremely hard ones, this one is easier for beginners and it's easy but you still feel the burn, you just need to keep your back flat and like she said if your neck hurts just put one hand behind your head and hold it up.
I do this everyday, infact Started it from last Lockdown in Mar2020...I was 68 KG and now 61...so there are few other exercises which I do daily basis but this one is best👍🏻 Thanx Namrata❤️

Started with this exercise today, I will post the results everyday here. Day1: I feel the burn in my belly and I tried to go slow by keeping my legs down during the exercises, felt difficulty with the breathing, I mean I could not follow the rhythm of inhaling and exhaling, but sure I will get hold of my breathing going on. Day 2: I was able to engage the core and I could breathe properly today during the workout. Easier than day 1, I was able to finish all exercises today. Day 3: Slowly getting to the perfection 😁😁. Same like day 2, but could engage the core better than day 2. But I have little pain with my neck muscles. Not sure how to avoid that. Guys who are reading this, let me know if you feel the same with the neck. Day 4: I ditched it today 😀 Day 5: Same as Day 3 but next pain is not there. STOMACH FEELS MUCH LIGHTER TODAY 🥰

i have been doing exercises similar to this for about 3 weeks, and results are good, my huge stomach has now become almost flat and i already can see some abs forming so yes these do work and results will show up in just 2 weeks, but remember be very consistent, that's the key
It's Indian. Ever had an Indian teacher? They seem so sweet an innocent, but they're quick to write you up. Like a cute little kitten, until it sticks out it's claws. Good people, they just don't tolerate any bullshit.
How many times do I have to do each of the 7 exercises like for example 10 puling of the stomach and 15 ankle duchess.. and for how long do I have to do them. Like for a week, month, etc?

Just started this yesterday. Will try to update so that i stick to this. I'm not dieting or doing cardio though. I've got normal BMI with belly fat. Day 1 : Didn't really feel much in my abdomen but my neck hurt a lot. Trying to follow as shown. Maybe the neck strain will get better eventually. Day 2 : Felt a little sore almost 15 hrs after day 1 workout. Yes! Finished today's .My neck hurt today as well.

Hey, I used to have the same problem. It really helps when you put your hands on the back of your neck and support it while your doing this exercises. This will make sure your neck will not have to go to something that it can't handle yet (maybe it's just in the start. I don't know. I'm not working out for that long). And about your legs... I think you mean when you put them in the air? Don't worry a lot of people have that in the beginning I guess. Just practice and it will get better. If this doesn't help then I will advise you to search for other exercises, because it hurts for a reason so when this doesn't take the reason away. You can better not do them again

Hi, sometimes we tend to utilise the wrong muscles and hence feel the strain. I would recommend trying the other abdominal workout that we have put up and then com back to this after a week or two. Good luck!

You can do this everyday if you want, just make sure you are not straining yourself too much. If you feel you are straining yourself, reduce the number of times you do this till you are comfortable.

Just started this yesterday. Will try to update so that i stick to this. I'm not dieting or doing cardio though. I've got normal BMI with belly fat.
Day 1 : Didn't really feel much in my abdomen but my neck hurt a lot. Trying to follow as shown. Maybe the neck strain will get better eventually.
Day 2 : Felt a little sore almost 15 hrs after day 1 workout. Yes! Finished today's .My neck hurt today as well.

Hey, I used to have the same problem. It really helps when you put your hands on the back of your neck and support it while your doing this exercises. This will make sure your neck will not have to go to something that it can't handle yet (maybe it's just in the start. I don't know. I'm not working out for that long). And about your legs... I think you mean when you put them in the air? Don't worry a lot of people have that in the beginning I guess. Just practice and it will get better.
If this doesn't help then I will advise you to search for other exercises, because it hurts for a reason so when this doesn't take the reason away. You can better not do them again

HI :) My neck is very strained in most of these exercises Im not sure how to stop putting so much pressure in holding my head , do you have any tips , thank you x
I experienced the same with my neck and just stopped before finishing 5 counts.
see at a fixed point on the ceiling while doing these exercise ,concentrate at the same point through out the exercise
Hi, sometimes we tend to utilise the wrong muscles and hence feel the strain. I would recommend trying the other abdominal workout that we have put up and then com back to this after a week or two. Good luck!
