Great job on the guitar! I suggest maybe pausing the guitar and doing single strums at some points, and the verses are great! Maybe try to sing the chorus's like it does in the original, I feel like it sounds off but I believe it will sound amazing when you sing them! 🙂
I tried to sing it like the chorus, which it obviously didn't work to well. I also have a habit of singing songs days after hearing them first. Check out some of my newer covers (and newer versions of old ones) to see where I actually improve in some of those things.
There is not a set strum pattern. (To me, most "rap" style songs are pure beat, so just a consistent down strum.) Most of the time I just end up letting my wrist/arm play without focusing too much on it.
