this hurts because i've overd0sed before. my girlfriend had just broken up with me and my wrists had scars. my grandma came home and found me on the couch unconscious. i was on the phone with my friend but since we were texting they had no idea what had happened. my grandma woke me up eventually and i was drifting in and out of consciousness so she took me to the hospital. my ex tried texting me for hours whilst i was in the hospital. i finally told her what had happened when i had got home. she instantly got upset and started apologizing. never try to take your life when your life takes a turn. you have so many people that will be torn apart. it will never solve the issue. it will only pass it on to others. you're doing amazing. keep it up. the clouds will pass but only if you learn to dance in the rain. after that your experience will be nothing but a story to tell. keep your head up survivor. you're doing great even if it doesn't seem like it.

I relasped tonight.. this song came to mind I played it afterwards and started crying. I'm crying writing this, I've suffered from a number of mental issues, I've fought for years with this battle. I try to use this song to make myself think everything threw before I do it.. I want to give up my fight but I can't. Too many people depend on me even though its hard to look at those people knowing what I do to myself. Therapy is temporary fix, I'm scared to take meds, Ive tried to OD a few times and was messed up from the wrong medication for years. I'm running out of options and it scares me, but this song grounds me back down to the world like a ball and chain. I need it in my life, more people(older adults) need to realize how much our generation has suffered.
To all my friends who are like me just remember there is somebody in the world that loves/will love you. I might not make it.. but that doesn’t mean you won’t make it! I suffer from self harm addiction since i'm 9 years old, due to trauma during childhood I developped BPD and Psychosis as well as CPTSD. It's really hard to stop once you started to sh, i didn't know it worked like an actual addiction before my psychiatrist told me that. I started to self harm at the age of 9 and never stopped since, but i did progress. before, i would only stay 2 days clean and would self harm again, today i'm 22 and i can last up to 4 or 5 months clean before relapsing. You can make progress pal, stay strong

I self harm. it’s so addicting and I can’t stop. Tho any time I do reach out, no one ever cares. All I get from anyone is, “oh no ok” or “oh I’m sorry you feel sad, anyways” and I’m so sick and tired of acting like I’m happy.

this hurts because i've overd0sed before. my girlfriend had just broken up with me and my wrists had scars. my grandma came home and found me on the couch unconscious. i was on the phone with my friend but since we were texting they had no idea what had happened. my grandma woke me up eventually and i was drifting in and out of consciousness so she took me to the hospital. my ex tried texting me for hours whilst i was in the hospital. i finally told her what had happened when i had got home. she instantly got upset and started apologizing.

This song cuts deeper than a knife...
I relasped tonight.. this song came to mind I played it afterwards and started crying. I'm crying writing this, I've suffered from a number of mental issues, I've fought for years with this battle. I try to use this song to make myself think everything threw before I do it.. I want to give up my fight but I can't. Too many people depend on me even though its hard to look at those people knowing what I do to myself. Therapy is temporary fix, I'm scared to take meds, Ive tried to OD a few times and was messed up from the wrong medication for years. I'm running out of options and it scares me, but this song grounds me back down to the world like a ball and chain. I need it in my life, more people(older adults) need to realize how much our generation has suffered.
To all my friends who are like me just remember there is somebody in the world that loves/will love you. I might not make it.. but that doesn’t mean you won’t make it! You all have very bright futures. And if you ever think otherwise listen to music! That’s what I always do.. well goodbye my friends.

I suffer from self harm addiction since i'm 9 years old, due to trauma during childhood I developped BPD and Psychosis as well as CPTSD.
It's really hard to stop once you started to sh, i didn't know it worked like an actual addiction before my psychiatrist told me that. I started to self harm at the age of 9 and never stopped since, but i did progress. before, i would only stay 2 days clean and would self harm again, today i'm 22 and i can last up to 4 or 5 months clean before relapsing.

This song relates to my parents because the k!lled themselves and now I'm adopted but people say "you need to go change yourself if you want people to like you" so I tried to change myself but when I was about to my friend Lilly Carter told me "you should never change yourself just because people tell you to if people tell you to k!ll yourself you aren't doing it" so I'm just trying to make people like me by buying them stuff and I think it's working but I still get told to k!ll myself.
