    * Zucchini or Summer squash, Courgette- 2,2 lbs | 1 kg
    * Onion - 3 oz | 50 g
    * Fresh Dill - 2 tbsp
    * Fresh Mint leaves - 3 tbsp
    * Feta cheese - 7 oz | 200 g
    * All purpose flour - 1 cup | 150 g
    * 2 eggs
    * Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
    * Salt -1 tsp
    🍵 Tzatziki sauce ingredients:
    * Cucumber - 9 oz | 150 g
    * Greek yogurt - 12 oz | 350 g
    * Garlic - 2 cloves
    * Fresh Dill - 2 tbsp
    * Olive oil - 2 tbsp
    * Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
    * Salt - ½ tsp
    ✅ You will need:
    * Bowl
    * Skillet
    * Grater
    * Cutting board
    📙 How to make zucchini fritters :
    1. Grate the zucchini using a fine grater, sprinkle with salt, and transfer to a colander. Leave it for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the liquid from the zucchini thoroughly.
    2. Finely chop the onion, dill, and mint leaves, and add them to the zucchini.
    3. Add crumbled feta cheese, 2 eggs, and mix well.
    4. Add all-purpose flour and mix together.
    5. Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet or nonstick frying pan over medium heat, spoon the batter onto the skillet, forming round pancakes.
    6. Fry the zucchini fritters on low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown. Serve them hot with Greek tzatziki sauce.
