We really owe a lot to food bloggers and UA-camrs (like yourself, in particular), who are constantly coming up with new and unique recipes. Just when I think I've seen it all in the vegan realm of food, i come across videos like this and I'm so so impressed and appreciative for the work you do! I didn't even know a watermelon radish existed before this video. Thanks for the new recipes Caitlin!
Agreed! I've been looking for more "cold" friendly options for work, most people share the same stuff usually which is great but I like to switch it up when I can and these look amazing!
I’ve made the smashed cucumber and edamame salad three times already since you originally posted it. It’s one of my absolutely favorite things to meal prep for lunch
Getting rid of hsv 1 / 2 is like starting a new life and am glad I came across dr ekan on UA-cam for a day like this . It wasn't easy but I came through .
Whoever's reading this, i pray that whatever you're going through gets better and whatever you're struggling with or worrying about is going to be fine and that everyone has a fantastic day! Amen..
I've been a very reflective mood recently lol. That mango salad looks so good. I was really eyeing the mangoes at the grocery store yesterday but decided not to get any lol. And then I was reminded me of Caitlin's videos when I first subbed a few years ago when she would find mango trees on the streets in Florida. Now here we are lol. Keep up the great work Caitlin!
I am such a creature of habit when it comes to my salads but just WOW, these recipes are just mind-blowing! I absolutely adore how creative but still traditionally-insipred these salads are - I just have to give them a go! Thank you so so much for ceaselessly coming up with such incredible ideas!
Loved these!! Could u possibly do like some type of summer dessert bar recipes? Like cheesecake bars or unique versions of brownies and blondies would be cool!!
Great variation on traditional salads and appropriate for the warmer weather! I especially am interested in the one with tempeh. Thank you for your work!
Definitely trying these out! I recently have been craving chickpea everything so these are perfect. And smashed cucumber is always a winner!! really enjoy this style of video and appreciate how well these are filmed!
So many different ideas in these salad recipes!! Loved this video so much I watched it twice. I’m definitely making the first recipe - my kids will love the “popping” dressing. 😆☺️
These look so good. I love making a big summer salad that I can eat for a couple of days. I live in a very warm climate so the idea of turning on the stove during these months sounds horrible. Can't wait to try them.
Subscribed! Love your approach in these videos and the recipes all look incredible. I’m a salad fiend and I’m always looking for new ways to jazz it up - thank you for the inspo!!
Fantastic summer salad recipes and I still have your satisfying salads Ebook that was given away free a few years ago. Love 🥰 the video and will love 😍 these recipes and love 💞 Catlin.
Your recipes look sooooo good!! I think I would like to try the last one the most. The jalapeños look sooo good and I really like the chickpeas for protein and carbs plus the watermelon radish looks soooo good!! Omg
I’m definitely in love with all of these! Trying the spicy chickpea one first. I would love a salads for meal prep video! I do the mason jar method for work salads but I’m getting so bored with my usuals. Thank you for your great, approachable style.
These look yummy ! Especially the one with fried tempeh, I love fried tempeh so much (I like to make it "caramelized" by putting some tamari and agave syrup in the pan at the end.. Sooo good!). I just wanted to ask you if you have a recipe for an home made chili oil (in your edamame salad recipe)? And also for the chili garlic sauce (btw is it ok if I skip garlic? bc I am somewhat allergic to it)? Thank you very much ! :)
I think roasting the chickpeas or toasting the sesame or nuts adds even more flavour and texture :) I have also been eating a salad with roasted chickpeas and fresh dill for a few weeks and I absolutely love it!
Thanks for the video - all the recipes look delicious! I have a can of chickpeas in my pantry that are about to expire and I had no idea what to do with them, so I'll definitely be trying the 1st recipe soon 😅😌
I was skeptical about the spicy chickpea salad the entire preparation. I took one bite and I think I went to whatever planet that Rat from Ratatouille was on.
These all look so good, I would just need to swap out all of the spicy stuff since I can't eat it. On the first one with the mango, if you don't like mango what would be a good fruit swap and still blend well with the other flavors?
For that first salad, what fruit could you use instead of mango? I am not the biggest mango fan but love the idea of adding a sweet fruit to my salads.
I wonder if I can use these like "summer" cucumbers (idk what they're actually called but here you can get them only in the summer) to replace the persian cucumbers?
I am thankful for the good work you did, I am now HSV free after I used the medication you sent me, may God bless you #drunamen channel with more wisdom

So many interesting international salads! Thank you!
Getting rid of hsv 1 / 2 is like starting a new life and am glad I came across dr ekan on UA-cam for a day like this . It wasn't easy but I came through .
All of these look so delish, the dressing in that first salad got me so intrigued! As far as requests go, I'd love some summer zucchini recipes ☺
YES!!!!!!!! Everything ZUCCHINI pretty please!!! We have about 3 coming out of our garden DAILY!!! :D
Blessed with not 1, but 4 recipes from Caitlin! Thank you so much! ❤️
I made the spicy peach salad last night. Loved it!!! It was my first time putting peaches into a salad

Looks amazing!! Going to give them a try, thank you!

These all look so good!!!
They all look very yummy 😋
That watermelon radish is beautiful
Fantastic summer salad recipes and I still have your satisfying salads Ebook that was given away free a few years ago. Love 🥰 the video and will love 😍 these recipes and love 💞 Catlin.
Everything looks delicious thank you for the recipes
these look amazing

Hard to decide which is a fav, they all look super yummy and pretty!!
Hi sally
I’m definitely in love with all of these! Trying the spicy chickpea one first.
I would love a salads for meal prep video! I do the mason jar method for work salads but I’m getting so bored with my usuals.
Thank you for your great, approachable style.
Thank you for posting these recipes. It's been a long time since I've had a fruit salad so I'm really looking forward to trying these out 😋
Love your vlogs! Thank you!
Wow the third one is my favorite. I would put cabbage instead of lettuce tho.
funny, I was only watching without sound.. I thought it was cabbage!!! YES... cabbage
Fantastic sharing💯💯
Wow, here @ the office by myself watching this and just caught myself sorta yelling at the screen at how good these all look OMG hahahahaha
they look great! Thanks!
Damn! Making that mango chickpea salad tomorrow! It looks amazing and I can’t wait to eat it!
Great video, Caitlin! We featured your video this week on my website in our "Concessions" area. Link is in my bio!
I love mandarin oranges in salad...have you tried that? yum
Can you do a video using chickpea tofu? I can’t eat soy and I’m very curious how to make it, before I try it 😊 I love all your videos 💜
I truly love your voice so much
My mom use to watch a lot of cooking shows and her I am watching all the vegan cooking shows on UA-cam.
Looks great. What are some alternatives to not use seed oils? Especially for the frying. Would olive oil work instead?
I think roasting the chickpeas or toasting the sesame or nuts adds even more flavour and texture :) I have also been eating a salad with roasted chickpeas and fresh dill for a few weeks and I absolutely love it!
Please share your recipe! I love chickpeas and fresh dill.
Thanks for the video - all the recipes look delicious! I have a can of chickpeas in my pantry that are about to expire and I had no idea what to do with them, so I'll definitely be trying the 1st recipe soon 😅😌
Yum they look great
I was skeptical about the spicy chickpea salad the entire preparation. I took one bite and I think I went to whatever planet that Rat from Ratatouille was on.
Looking legit drool worthy 🤤
I just found your channel, and I love it!
These all look so good, I would just need to swap out all of the spicy stuff since I can't eat it. On the first one with the mango, if you don't like mango what would be a good fruit swap and still blend well with the other flavors?
So would a good way to safe this so nothing gets soggy would a jar salad be great to save it for a day or two later?
Do you think honey would taste good in lieu of the maple in the dressings?
For that first salad, what fruit could you use instead of mango? I am not the biggest mango fan but love the idea of adding a sweet fruit to my salads.
Peaches or nectarines would work pretty well too!
As an Indian, I dunno if I want to bite into coriander seeds. They taste bad. I would use coriander powder!
These salads look great but I can't have oil so wat else can I use instead?
I'd love some more BBQ ideas please :) Every one of your recipes I've tried has been amazing!
YES!!! BarBQue with Garden Veggies!!! :)
Yum
Yum!!
What you think I could use instead of oil?
I was trying to find another recipe I could use chickpea with
I wonder if I can use these like "summer" cucumbers (idk what they're actually called but here you can get them only in the summer) to replace the persian cucumbers?
Yes, any cucumber will work!
@@CaitlinShoemaker thanks! can't wait to try that salad soon :)
Hell yes - vegans make the best salads
Thanks for the salad recipes.
You look different btw.
I’m not a fan of chickpeas (texture), but I will make the peach salad with cannellini beans.
great idea!
I feel like the salads here need a grain. Quinoa or farro or even a small pasta like orzo would be good additions.
Feel free to add some in when you make them yourself! :)
Maybe time stamps with the recipes would be useful
I think so too... :)
I am thankful for the good work you did, I am now HSV free after I used the medication you sent me, may God bless you #drunamen channel with more wisdom
💗
👍
So much yum in one video! Can’t wait for the cucumber + edamame one. 🥹
Giving thanks to Dr Ekan Healer is something I will always take personal because he brought me back to my full health ...
I cant get those ingredients in Southern Mississippi.
Mrs Charlotte is legit and her method works like magic I keep on earning every single week with her new strategy.
Wow I' m just shock someone mentioned expert Mrs Charlotte I thought I'm the only one trading with her
She helped me recover what I lost trying to trade my self
Who's this professional everyone is talking about I always see her post on top comment on every UA-cam video I watched.
I think I'm interested how can I get in touch with Mrs Charlotte?
I am happy today because of Mrs Charlotte
Did i miss the part where you talk about how these are all indian recipes or very heavily indian inspired???
