Hi there, I, personally, would recommend to opt out of consuming animal products (protein) as animal protein is the cause of nearly all diseases, from gathered information e.g mad cow disease and tuberculosis, that are on the rise. Cows milk, for instance, is for calves not mankind, and it can contain puss and blood, things i do not encourage to consume. Furthermore, fish like wild salmon and tuna ought to be avoided due to radiation in the seas (mercury affecting tuna too). Farmed fish too should be avoided as they may lack nutrients e.g farmed salmon may lack Omega 3 Fatty Acids obtained from algae by wild salmon in the seas. I do encourage to adopt (even if it means making small changes here and there) a well-planned, organic, unrefined and untempered with vegan diet (consuming raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please take some steamed carrots, plant them and see if they will grow; if not, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot benefit one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains as it is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. These are 5 recipes I know I am including in my diet. I'm just starting the Vegan journey, and these are such delicious recipe options. Thank you for sharing.
Another vegan guy here...great videos! Especially loved the vegan sauces video. Things get boring after awhile so this was super helpful. My go-to meals would be something like this: - French lentils with sweet potato and broccoli in tomato sauce - Quinoa with miso sauce, bok choy, onions, scallions, tofu - Lentil soup with tomatoes, red potatoes, celery & carrots - Mixed greens salad with miso dressing & sprouts - Kidney beans & wild rice with steamed vegetables
Caitlin, these recipes are delicious, simple, savory and colourful. Thanks for making this video as I have started my Vegan lifestyle quite recently. I think one thing stopping people switching to a Vegan diet is the question "What do I eat?". This video is a great introduction for those who are stumped by this question. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
As a dude who enjoys cooking (since going vegan 2 years ago lol), I'll say that every recipe I've tried from your website/videos always came out delicious and took very little prep time. So just wanted to say thanks for all the great content you make Caitlin :). I & many others appreciate all that you do! Thanks for another great vid! 👍✌️
@@kevinmeercat919 How did you get to such an immature conclusion exactly? On a comment that’s meant to express gratitude & appreciation towards another fellow human at that. I get it in retrospect that compassion & empathy are severely lacking in our current world, so my comment might seem unusual to you in some way...but damn what an immature thing to say. Also, I’ll just say that Veganism is for everyone -- for those who identify with however they feel & for those who don’t. It’s a lifestyle with the intention of reducing harm to animals that also greatly benefits the Earth's environment & in some cases our own health (e.g. those who choose to eat healthier). Now...simply because of supply & demand - 56 billion land animals & trillions of fish + other aquatic life are killed per year. So do tell me what exactly is unusual about abstaining from animal flesh & byproducts?
@@sdude1260 I used too when I first went vegan, was relying way too much on mock meats & hardly knew anything about calories/macros. For a year now, I've been consistent with 3 whole food meals a day with occasional snacking / dessert and I feel better than ever. Hopefully, that answers your question...
Omg... all theses meals look delicious, can’t wait to try them! Thank you for all your recipes to help change all my cooking practices. Vegan for 1 1/2 years now as a 50 + year old! ❤️
I really appreciate that you have vegan friends, hunter friends, omnivore friends and agree to disagree on some points while still being friends. I just have a huge problem with members of the vegan cult who pretend to care about animals while consuming products who's farming practices and pesticide runoff destroy entire ecosystems. Just google how many innocent people and farm animals have suffered/died from glyphosate poisoning. If all vegans ate only produce from organic, sustainable farms, then I would respect that. But that is not the case 95% of the time. From your own words in this video you put veganaise and vegan cheese in all of your meals. If a vegan diet was meant for humans you would have no trouble eating giant bowls of salad with no seasoning. You are promoting the very thing you go against (animal suffering) by consuming meat copycat products. Your body is telling you it needs animal fat (veganaise) and protein (vegan cheese) and it's obvious by your body language and jittery behavior that you are in fight or flight response mode from starvation. As humans we are meant to eat animal products and it is perfect acceptable to do so from pastured, humanely raised farms. You did not create, nor can you control mother nature. Taking that guilt and responsibility on yourself is ridiculous. Please just have some grassfed butter and cheese. I have no respect for hypocrites like you.
ketchup1185 milk from any animal but our mother is very unnecessary. It would be the same thing as drinking giraffe milk or dog milk. Humans in history only drank milk left over from the cows once their babies had enough and they respected the animal. These days cows aren’t fed what they are supposed to and factory farms do not let their babies stay with their mom and constantly impregnate them for milk. I’m vegan Nd personally hate the taste of vegan cheese but she’s using it for flavor and texture. There and actual addictive chemicals in cheese which is why humans NEED it so much... our intestines are three times the length of our both , unlike ANY carnivore on this planet whose intestines are short so meat doesn’t rot in their body. Carnivore bodies are acid based and our bodies are alkaline based (more like a herbivores). I’m not going to say you shouldn’t eat meat. But you shouldn’t tell people that they have to eat meat without any research and eduction behind it.
ketchup1185 the United States kills about 50 billion farm animals per year. In order to kill all those animals they need to feed them. Most cows do not graze on a field they are fed corn or oats. Corn and oats are one of the largest crops used by glyphosates. Monstanto is the largest user of these pesticides. Majority of the crops go towards the animals you eat and the processed foods you eat. If you shop at a natural health food store you are not supporting those acts. By eating meat you are supporting the act of keeping alive 50 billion animals which uses so much water and food yet we have world hunger.... also by your statement you are saying meat eaters DONT consume soy wheat and vegetable products!?!? Lmao soy is in everything! If you eat raw food without additives that can be skipped
ketchup1185 There are very few top corporations that run the meat industries and they have very strict standard. Majority of meat you eat is not graze fed and they do not live the life expectancy they should. Grass fed labeled meat is a bit better but that’s a very small amount of sold meat. The meat and dairy y’all are consuming today is not natural and is not nearly like milking the cow from your back yard. It’s done through a much different process.
My wife and I decided to make the transition to a vegan lifestyle. We have NO recipes at this point. These dishes look soooo good! We are looking for easy to make recipes to ease into this type of eating. Thanks for the video! :)
thanks sm for that Asian bowl recipe. I like that the veggies are cold and crunchy while the rice and tofu is warm. also, love that you baked the tofu w/o corn starch. definitely making that tomorrow!
Hey, thanks for finally posting how you make your pickled onions. I've seen you use them before and wondered how you make them. I love onions, especially red onions. Can't wait to make some!
Okay so this is a game changer: Put pickled red onion, walnuts, lots of spinach, dried cranberries, and vegan feta cheese in a wrap of some sort (I use a spinach and herb one). It’s sooooo amazing!

I made the pasta dish for dinner tonight & I really enjoyed it! It was honestly pretty simple (minus prepping the veggies before starting, but) & still had a distinct flavor I’ve never had before. Also kind of spicy!
Perfect timing! I was getting tired of our go to dinners. My favorite that we have is air fryer falafels (chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper). It makes a ton soo always have some in the freezer to take out in the morning and pop in the air fryer that night. I have mine on butter lettuce- my husband prefers a pita with hummus, tomatoe, cucumber and dill. 15 minute dinner!
I actually loved that you talked so fast! We're all so busy so better to get lots of info very fast. I love everything you showed here. Avo toast is our family's staple breakfast and I actually just had for lunch this week. I love your twist on it, including the pickled onions....going to try this.
Great video! I’m not vegan, but I’m trying to switch to eating mostly plant based meals in an attempt to naturally lower my blood pressure. Right now I’m looking up recipes, and these all look delicious! Thank you ❤️
@victoria tomas That really depends on where you draw the line for vegan. The company that makes them considers "May contain traces of milk" as not vegan, but that's only because of possible cross-contamination in the factory. By that definition, vegan food made in a kitchen where non-vegan food is also made would also not be vegan. Personally I just don't want to buy a product that requires the company to buy milk as an ingredient. It's not a deal-breaker that they use milk in other products in the same factory. It's not like an allergy, where that does actually matter.
SPOILER ALERT: Oreo cookies are NOT vegan. This is according to the Oreo FAQ page itself. "Oreos have milk as cross-contact and therefore are not suitable for vegans," it reads. This means small amounts of milk may have come into contact with the cookies or the equipment used to make them.15 Feb 2018
you can do it without any liquid at all actually, the bell peppers give off enough steam to keep everything from sticking and it's much easier to get a char without having to burn off extra oil or broth
@SarahBear795 technically, you are streaming then dry frying off the liquid. The vegetables would need to be fully submerged for them to boil. You only use a very small amount of liquid when sauteing using stock or water. It works really well and is a great alternative for those who choose not to include oils into their diet.

I just found your channel and I love the way you talk so fast and quickly prepare simple meals. I'm just always in a rush and barely have time to prepare fresh meals. Keep doing your stuff. I love them. Your channel food is simular or just like Simnett Nutrition's channel. Nuff love😍thx

I’m glad I came across your channel. It’s a gold mine of information and delicious looking recipes. I’m looking to cook more for myself and this is exactly what I’m looking for. New subscriber now.
Buddha bowls are my fav for sure! Love changing up the beans/greens/veggies but always use a bean, some veggie(s) (lately been LOVING steamed yellow squash), and usually some spinach (:
She is really interesting to watch...good photography from above so you can see each step..have not tried, but love the combinations of spices and foods...she also moves quickly, big plus, for those familiar with cooking. Great job.
Oh my GOSH. Thankyou so so much, I love the recipes, I love the filming, how you talk, how you deliver them. I love your taste in food. I paused the video after a few minutes and made the tofu with yeast coating, pickled onions AND that Asian slaw. All things I have already, all so easy. And I just loosely used what I had like I had apple cider vinegar and rice wine vinegar so I used that instead, I didn’t have Thai basil so I used coriander, I didn’t have green onion so I used spring onion. I added vegan fish sauce to my slaw. Thanks so much for the inspiration. I just had a shredded jackfruit burrito for lunch with the onion on a couple of hours after making them and they’re delicious. 💛🌱
You have demonstrated that you are a good cook by using what you have on hand. Necessity is the mother of invention. I particular like the idea of substituting coriander for Thai basil.
Thanks ...yes you do talk fast! Once I turned into your voice it got a little easier....anyway, my husband and I are just going to start out on a vegetarian/ vegan diet, wearer in our early 60s so as you can I agine pretty much set in our ways in cooking.I was really I tad worried about prep as I have pretty bad mobility issues that really take the fun out of cooking. Your 5 meals in this video had my mouth watering. I am going to Def check out some more of your videos. And any tips or help will be very much appreciated. So looking forward to this new adventure XXX trish
My favorite right now is chickpea nuggets. Blend chickpeas with additives ( ;P) bread is panko cook in oven. I’ve made it into nugget sammies, topped on salads. French fries. (Vegan of course)
I love all of these. Seem pretty simple and encourage a new vegan like myself to try them all. In fact I already made the pickled onions and they're delicious! Thank you Caitlin!
Just wanna say just finished doing 2 of these for my partner and me and we are very impressed! Thank you so much delicious! Slowly we're changing our diet and this video helped with a lot of tricks, we suck at cooking! :)
I tried the Buddha bowl recipe and love it. I have to double this recipe because we are a big family. Never bought Thai basil before, man oh man that's some good flavor and paired with the fresh ginger, goodness. Thanks
Love these! Tend to eat the same things, and I need some alternatives.. My goto have been pasta with a sauce made of portobello mushrooms and soy cream, or a corn tortilla with hummus and greens.. for the super lazy day, it is hummus ( your recipe of course-big batch cooking!) some cuin in the humus eaten with a cucumber.. I am a huge fan! hope to see more air fryer dishes..
I don't know what pan she's using but I do know that "healthy" non-stick ceramic pans have arrived..."The Rock Clean", for example (white as opposed to the dark Rock), "GreenLife" non toxic ceramic and, of course, all the new copper stuff, mix of copper/titanium/steel/anodized aluminum. It's everywhere..
Going to try the veggie Pasta tomorrow night. I just bought soe oyester mushrooms for stir fry with rice I think this great recipe to try. We also have swiss chard growing in garden so win win.
I so appreciate your approach to veganism 🙏🏻 Suggesting recipes rather than just attempting to guilt trip others endlessly. Your approach is focused on good food and health. It appeals to many so much more. So thank you from a future vegan 🌱
Hey caitlin..... I just finished a 30 day vegan challenge. As a chef it was easier than I thought. My go to has been an Avocado Toast Combination before I saw yours. I do the avocado smear with red onions with my chili/ lime seasoning and campfire smokey sea salt by FRESHJAX... I loved your big 5 go to's. I'll be making all 5 !!! thanx again..... rory
Great view from top of pan that shows how you actually cook. Most of vegan channel just shows their face and chatting, but you showed a real deal. Great vid!
Thank you! I’m looking forward to trying these recipes and moving towards more plant-based meals for my family. Only challenge will be finding some of these ingredients, we live in a small city. It’s ok, it’s worth looking!
Thanks a million . Today I got confused because I didn't know what should I cook for my lunch😥 but your video saves my day and my lunch I wish the best for you 😁

røs I am transitioning as well! Hopefully by 2020 😁💚 some great recipe ideas on my channel 🌱and I’ll be sharing my journey if you want a friend along side ☺️
How do you make tasty vegan food without the spice? This is my biggest struggle 😒 my husband doesn’t like spicy food but he struggles with vegan food not being as tasty as the processed/fast food counterparts. And I’m not trying to overly salt everything. I cook almost everything from scratch. Lots of fresh garlic/onion/herbs/broths…. But it seems like nothing compares to sugar, animal fat & spice in terms of intensity of flavor
You'd be surprised how many flavours start to arise & your taste-buds change, once you give up eating all that junk that your husband thinks he likes. I had to eliminate fat after an operation that caused it to run right through my body & after a while I couldn't stomach full-cream milk because the animal fat tasted awful; true. So, it might have to be a gradual process for him. Tell him not to give up. (You could even go vegetarian for a while if that was easier for him; it's tasty and still much better than eating meat.)
This was SO good! I made this last night and I was really hungry as was my husband who had just come off a 12 hour shift. He wasn't expecting that I had cooked as I traveled 6 hours to get home. I did have extra baked tofu in the fridge and I used peas instead of edamame as the last time I got edamame I tossed it after a year. I added a red pepper, wasn't up to making the onions though. He had two bowls and took the rest for lunch today. Thanks so much for your channel - I've been getting lots of ideas from you and I was super tired of cooking.
Lots of good info! My favorite thing to make (easy, tasty, cheap!) is savory grits. Even if I try to, I don’t think they’ve ever come out the same. I use whatever is there in the fridge or frozen and throw it in and voilà! But now I have to play with your ideas!
Finally. Some seasoned vegan options!! Thank you for sharing. I have been wanting to incorporate a few vegan meals a few times a week into my meal but all the meals usually look boring and involve no seasoning smh. This really helped😊
great tips thankyou! all looked so delicious & healthy & fairly straight forward (good for when I want to have a nice nutritional dinner but don't want to put toooo much time & effort in !) especially liked the last one the big salad bowl with the tempeh, I have never roasted beetroot before (but I love beetroot) and haven't really gotten into kale yet so I would like to try this!
The problems with avocados rn is that the US's main producer of avocados is Mexico. Right now in Mexico, there is a cartel that controls the exporting process in a way because they have a tax that all avocado farmers have to pay them. And if farmers try to sell their avocados they grew without paying this cartel, their heads are decapitated and put on stakes in the village to intimidate locals into complying with them. I do not support this treatment of people and thus I do not purchase any more avocados as not to financial enable this practice. Therefore I would appreciate recipes that did not use avocado
@@arrr3557 exactly. I love avocado as a food (in fact, it was one of my favorite ingredients) but the human cost of this good is far too high and I cannot condone these egregious acts on another human being. And if my diet shrinks because of it, that's a small sacrifice to pay to know that I stood against it
I am not sure where you live but the sticker on the avocado typically indicates where the avocado was produced. In the summertime I can get delicious avocados produced in California.
@@ednasmom typically I would have to go to a different less main stream vendor to find a different producer, but you are right. Not all avocados go through the system i had discussed. I guess I kinda just blanket the whole thing because its easier than checking. Oh well
Just tried the veggie pasta and it was excellent. I also sauteed some onion at the start and added fresh basil, one tomato and some chickpeas as well as all the ingredients in the recipe. It all took just 25 mins. Scrumptious!

Please avoid factory produced meat alternatives whose chief ingredient can be 'soy' and may contain preservatives as well as additives (e.g Vinegar, a corrosive agent). Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic stuff, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.

I do not even see a reason to use pharmaceutical supplements e.g Vitamin D is obtainable from organic chestnut mushrooms (UV exposed) and sun-dried mushrooms with the exception of the body's ability to make it (and store it for future use) when exposed to the sun; Iron from organic beets; Zinc from organic cashew nuts; potassium and magnesium from organic bananas; Omega 3 Fatty Acids (beneficial for the brain) from organic walnuts and pecans (looks like the brain and targets it).
Best wishes

These are 5 recipes I know I am including in my diet. I'm just starting the Vegan journey, and these are such delicious recipe options. Thank you for sharing.

Another vegan guy here...great videos! Especially loved the vegan sauces video. Things get boring after awhile so this was super helpful.
My go-to meals would be something like this:
- French lentils with sweet potato and broccoli in tomato sauce
- Quinoa with miso sauce, bok choy, onions, scallions, tofu
- Lentil soup with tomatoes, red potatoes, celery & carrots
- Mixed greens salad with miso dressing & sprouts
- Kidney beans & wild rice with steamed vegetables

Vegan is soooooo gay
@Raspberry Guitar proof?
@@AreYouExperienc3d do you snack a lot throughout the day?
@@sdude1260 I used too when I first went vegan, was relying way too much on mock meats & hardly knew anything about calories/macros. For a year now, I've been consistent with 3 whole food meals a day with occasional snacking / dessert and I feel better than ever. Hopefully, that answers your question...
Omg... all theses meals look delicious, can’t wait to try them! Thank you for all your recipes to help change all my cooking practices. Vegan for 1 1/2 years now as a 50 + year old! ❤️
I've flirted with veganism for years, and think this video just made things official. Thank you. Your recipes look absolutely fantastic.
Rebekah Horch that’s great! I have some more recipes on my channel and I’m doing a vegan series all this week!
My wife and I decided to make the transition to a vegan lifestyle. We have NO recipes at this point. These dishes look soooo good! We are looking for easy to make recipes to ease into this type of eating. Thanks for the video! :)
The pickled red onion recipe is the truth! So happy you shared that one.
thanks sm for that Asian bowl recipe.

Also, please make more of these quick dinner videos, they are super helpful! :)
I love that these are budget friendly options please make more content you are helping a lot of families feel healthy.
the avocado toast are my grandchildren favorite. All your recipes are delicious and healthy. Just love
OMG. Making pickled red onions ASAP. I had no idea it was so easy!! Thanks Caitlin!
Sarah same!! I loveeeee pickled onions and am literally going to do it right now lol
Okay so this is a game changer: Put pickled red onion, walnuts, lots of spinach, dried cranberries, and vegan feta cheese in a wrap of some sort (I use a spinach and herb one). It’s sooooo amazing!

Isabelle Kulow ohhh I have to try!!
Sarah I know right?! I just had them in one of my recipes on my Vlog! 🥰
Finally! Doable meals with wholesome ingredients! I loved this video!!
I actually loved that you talked so fast! We're all so busy so better to get lots of info very fast. I love everything you showed here. Avo toast is our family's staple breakfast and I actually just had for lunch this week. I love your twist on it, including the pickled onions....going to try this.

my staple meal as a vegan:
half pack of oreos
same
i eat so many oreos because it’s like the only junk food that i can eat
@victoria tomas That really depends on where you draw the line for vegan. The company that makes them considers "May contain traces of milk" as not vegan, but that's only because of possible cross-contamination in the factory. By that definition, vegan food made in a kitchen where non-vegan food is also made would also not be vegan.
Personally I just don't want to buy a product that requires the company to buy milk as an ingredient. It's not a deal-breaker that they use milk in other products in the same factory. It's not like an allergy, where that does actually matter.
Animal crossing!
I love it how some of you young people have come up with such wonderful recipes ideas for vegan food & so many are eating vegan now!
Vegan sounds very good! I will try it soon! I enjoyed your video! Thank you!
Did she just stir-fry the veggies without oil?! Woah.
you can do it without any liquid at all actually, the bell peppers give off enough steam to keep everything from sticking and it's much easier to get a char without having to burn off extra oil or broth
Divyanshi Sharma right?! I need this lol I do a lot of gf vegan recipes on my channel but these are some great new options 💕
A good quality non-stick pan also helps
If you have quality cookware, you can just use water to stir-fry/saute your veggies. I stopped using oil a long time ago.
@SarahBear795 technically, you are streaming then dry frying off the liquid. The vegetables would need to be fully submerged for them to boil. You only use a very small amount of liquid when sauteing using stock or water. It works really well and is a great alternative for those who choose not to include oils into their diet.
Did it drive anyone else nuts that she didn't empty all the rice into the pot and left a tiny bit in the bowl :|
duaneology® this video is sooooo unsatisfying for me.
@@thisisayoutubeaccount.6264 Boo! I totally disagree! I think her food looks awesome. I've tried a few of her recipes and they turned out great! As a newb vegan I need all the help I can get 😃
duaneology® Haha, no! That’s not what I meant! Her food looks great. It’s just that something’s like the rice left in the bowl or the fact she didn’t stir all the ingredients in with the beans just made me feel weird. I actually can’t wait to try these recipes! Oh god I’m sorry lil

Not nuts but I did notice it. How funny it became a thing with others. She’s good though.
Fist time watching your channel. Love this recipes. I'm not vegan but I love so many vegan recipes.
My pepper cutting habits are forever changed. What an amazing tip.
I subscribed to your channel and blog but I didn’t see your ebook. I’m just starting vegan diet after my body started rejecting all meats. I’m glad you have recipes to get me started. Thank you
I’m glad I came across your channel.
That sounds good with the squash! Thanks for the tip ☺️ I have some on my channel and more coming as well ✨
Burrito bowl looks BANGIN'! but,all of these dishes look GUUUD! 🤤
Hey Trish, how is your vegan journey going?
My favorite right now is chickpea nuggets. Blend chickpeas with additives ( ;P) bread is panko cook in oven. I’ve made it into nugget sammies, topped on salads. French fries.
(Vegan of course)
what additives for the chickpea nuggets it sounds good im tryna make it
I have been watching for years and still love your videos.
I love all of these. Seem pretty simple and encourage a new vegan like myself to try them all. In fact I already made the pickled onions and they're delicious! Thank you Caitlin!
How do you keep your silicone mats so spotless? mine have little burn scars on them
Just wanna say just finished doing 2 of these for my partner and me and we are very impressed! Thank you so much delicious! Slowly we're changing our diet and this video helped with a lot of tricks, we suck at cooking! :)
That crispy tofu looks amazing! Thank you for the recipes.
I tried the Buddha bowl recipe and love it. I have to double this recipe because we are a big family. Never bought Thai basil before, man oh man that's some good flavor and paired with the fresh ginger, goodness. Thanks
Ive been struggling to find food that i actually find appealing and somewhat easy/economical for such a long time please post more ideas like this
That non stick pan is beautiful. Where did you get it?
TJ MAXX
Caitlin, what is the brand of the white nonstick pan? The one you use for the veggie broth and onions? Thanks in advance!
Ok
i bought that pan at TJ MAXX
I don't know what pan she's using but I do know that "healthy" non-stick ceramic pans have arrived..."The Rock Clean", for example (white as opposed to the dark Rock), "GreenLife" non toxic ceramic and, of course, all the new copper stuff, mix of copper/titanium/steel/anodized aluminum.
It's everywhere..
Going to try the veggie Pasta tomorrow night. I just bought soe oyester mushrooms for stir fry with rice I think this great recipe to try. We also have swiss chard growing in garden so win win.

But it seems like nothing compares to sugar, animal fat & spice in terms of intensity of flavor
simple, file for devorce.
You can eat what you enjoy and your husband can eat what he enjoys. Yall dont have to be the same lol
@@veronica5080 but no one should eat procced food or animal products in general
You'd be surprised how many flavours start to arise & your taste-buds change, once you give up eating all that junk that your husband thinks he likes. I had to eliminate fat after an operation that caused it to run right through my body & after a while I couldn't stomach full-cream milk because the animal fat tasted awful; true. So, it might have to be a gradual process for him. Tell him not to give up. (You could even go vegetarian for a while if that was easier for him; it's tasty and still much better than eating meat.)
5&10 min vegan meals by Happypear
That Asian Bowl looks amazing!

That's why I don't buy Avocados. It makes me sad since there is no substitute. But I have morals.
Oh well
Good info I never knew about this. However I will check to see where my avocado comes from
