I wish I could express to you better the way in which your videos have helped me in my journey. For about two years now, you have assisted me in transforming myself into a more tolerant and understanding person. I don't live a simple life. I am the founder of Abuse Relief Corps. And the work I do can be complicated. And as much as I am working everyday to help others, I previously stopped working as much on myself to give room for my profession. But you have helped me intertwine the two journeys and I am grateful for you everyday.

The first story that you told about that guy and his idea of a scenario that never happened reminds that I too have done that on many occasions. I can be upset with someone and I'll run these scenarios in my mind of confrontations that never really take place but then I'll find myself becoming more upset with these people as if they did happen.
In my mind I can play the victim and justify any anger. With lots of practice I have stopped doing this. Your videos are so helpful. Spiritually cleansing. I've learned through your videos that there is definitely justified anger but it is really better left for those that are more capable of handling it. For me, I give that anger to God. Others may not believe in God and that's fine. We all have a right to believe or not believe in matters such as this. I'm just saying that when I feel that my anger is justified that I do my best to give that to God and pray for those that have wronged me. We truly are all learning this life together and we all have shortcomings. It's how we deal with them that matters.
Man, I love your videos. They're so helpful and enlightening. Also, sick guitar collection. I also play. Music has been a healthy outlet for some overwhelming emotions.
