Seasoning:
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika
Cayenne
Chicken seasoning
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour + 1 tbs cornstarch
Veggies:
Chopped Bell peppers (multi color)
Chopped Onion
Sauce:
2 tbs oil
Your chopped Veggies
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
Pineapples
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Hot sauce
Minced ginger
Minced garlic
1/4 cup brown sugar
1-4 Cup water
Cayenne (optional)
Dry batter:
Flour
Same seasoning that’s went on the chicken
