I agree! She did an interview and tour with Randy Jones of Incredible Tiny Homes, and I have found her to be smart, creative, confident, capable, and persistent in achieving her goals. She tells it like it is, the good, bad, and ugly. I like a lot of the things she's done, and plan on using some of those in my tiny.
I normally don't say this but, she's a sweet woman. At first, I felt bad for her to live alone with her cat in a tiny home. But then she mentioned about her son and daughter-in-law. I'm happy to hear that. Which means she's not alone. She has family.

I really like the upgrades she made to her Incred-I-Box. The affordable housing that Randy is providing in The Grove, his latest community, is a godsend in this environment of increasing housing costs and lot rents.

I love the way this incredible woman made this Incredibox into her home. Not only did she quickly pay off the previous $20,000 loss, she kept moving forward with getting her dream tiny home anyway. When she got her own tiny home, she set about making it into a customized home with space to fit her needs. She takes from over here where she doesn't need the space, and turns around utilizing the space somewhere else. Like with the end of her kitchen counter, over to where she made the closet area multi purpose for all kinds of things. Her decor is functional and pleasing to the eye! May she continue finding peace and happiness in her life decisions and choice of tiny home!

My granddaughter and I built her an 8x20 tiny house. It's not fancy but works good for her and is paid for. We also had about 20,000 in the build. I'd love seeing more tiny homes on a budget. Thankyou for sharing.
