So cool... while every other Builder out there is always trying to figure out a way to make more money and raise their prices... here's a company who's actually trying to lower the prices as much as possible so that way all people can afford a home. You f****** rock!
I would prefer the fridge be raised and drawers and storage underneath. Hate having to bend in half to see what’s in the fridge. You guys are changing peoples lives and I Thank you for that
A decent cheap solution for the bathroom door if you need privacy. 😁👍 Personally, I'd buy one of those Nautilus shower doors for the shower stall instead of curtains, put in a tiny hand wash sink (an over-toilet one would be convenient but probably hard in terms of plumbing) and use either a curtain or another Nautilus shower door as the bathroom door too. Those shower doors are a lot more pricey than the accordion doors but look much more sleek, plus they are pretty much self-cleaning. Not a bad splurge in my opinion. 😅
Suggestion: Every tiny house should have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Mold can set up in a place like that very quickly. You can open the window but in the winter that's not a great option. If you live in a very humid area, the exhaust fan would be beneficial rather than opening the window and just letting in more dampness.
Sorry but exhaust fans are overrated, they don’t SUCK up MOISTURE, they suck up air, leave the window cracked & bathroom door open (if you have one) while your showering. I’ve NEVER had a problem with moisture or mold! You can always buy some of those products that remove moisture (don’t know the exact name) and place them in the home
Hello Randy and Amanda, Let me just start by sending you my deepest condolences it’s never easy to lose the most important person in your life. Believe me my mom’s calling was on 2003. Since I’ve been watching you on ITH all these years it was so beautiful when Mama use to come to speak such a sweet humble person. Randy always remember all she thought you and by what I have noticed your a very nice person and also humble May God give you strength, peace and bring you happiness also more blessings every day You take care🙏🏽💗
You could buy a 4 draw chest and put your refrigerator on top then you have draws for clothes and your fridge is a higher level. There are so many creative possibilities to live in this cozy home. I just love it ❤️❤️ great job guys. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️🙏🏻🇺🇸🏠
I love the little 🏠❤ But unfortunately I would never be able to afford one. I'm a 65 year old who lives below the poverty level. So $20,000 is a fortune for me. But I'm happy for those who can afford it. 🙂
You could definitely do this much cheaper, with different options I got my appliances new but they were on clearance because of a small scratch. And I got my cabinets used and I just clear and stripped old paint off and repainted them new knob’s they look new. If you want some pointers I would be glad to help.
I love the Incred-I-box! Someone could easily take this to the next level by adding a combo washer/dryer under the table counter and maybe a bigger apartment-sized fridge next to it. That way you could have a full closet where the mini fridge is now. I love how customizable it is!
Adding to comment below cause a door is more better you have enough space on kitchen counter to where it can be cut short to widen the shower wall to install a build in slide door or a farmer door. It would look so sharp ❤
The sofa across back wall seems more practical for floor space. I think you could eliminate one of those front room windows because the wall space would give so many more options to use that wall space for shelves, cabinets etc. That would leave the cost of putting that in to use for a ceiling light/fan.
Disagree - Natural light is extremely important in a small living space. It makes the space feel even bigger. The more windows, the merrier. If it were me, I would even add 1 more window to the back of the trailer. Feeling of spaciousness garanteed! Great for reading a book on your sofa. You are inside, nice and cozy, but you feel like you are surrounded by nature. This is essential for our long-term psychological well-being, to have access to natural sunlight. I speak from experience. You feel much better living in a trailer with more windows, than if your trailer feels like a coffin...
@@Michou007 in most instances I would agree but in this case the house is so small and lacks enough storage space for shorter people or elderly people to easily access. It would be difficult to have to store everyday items like your clothes in the loft. It would be nice to have the option to not have a third window for those that would rather have the wall for storage cabinets or shelves. Just my opinion for what it’s worth. I don’t think my post has even been read by anyone at the company and it won’t change anything so you don’t have to worry about what I think.
Wish the 'new' admiration would contract these to be made for homeless Veterans' everywhere in the USA instead of spending our MONEY on crap we are fighting against...
I really like it a lot. I prefer the day bed when you moved it the second way it opens up the space the energy is better and the log fire has to go halfway up the wall, eye level is best and you can make a feature of a small shelf or basket that holds the tiny tiny logs that you will need. It's wonderful Randy. May you live in your home in good health.
Having lived in a mobile home I know it's very miserable living in a metal box in the summer. I think if I didn't have a mini-split I'd buy a window type heat/air conditioner unit and mount through a wall.
Spot on! Metal box structures, even with a little insulation in their walls, really heat up during the hot summer days. (Having lived in a travel trailer I too can attest to this.) A mini split is a must, as even some fans won't really help much when it's 90+F and a cloudless sky. But I wonder if parking under a 10'x20' carport awning would help much? Anybody have experience with getting a travel trailer underneath some shade in the summer? (Affordable housing, any level of shelter, is going to become a big thing as the recession deepens. Homeless folks will be glad to have ANY roof over their heads, but it would be good to let people know what to expect if they go this route and how to optimize comfort on a very tight budget.
I was trying to buy a camping trailer but it's hard to find one you can live in for $20k for less. Then I keep.hearing about quality issues. I have tons of furniture in storage all I need is my tiny home on wheels! I love this options especially since I can do final finishes myself. This is a great product!
I am planning on a sectional that doubles as a sleeper, with very little conversion. This is what downsizing is all about and it opens up a whole new world for persons who are very low income and/or homeless. I cannot wait to say goodbye to ridiculous utility costs also, thank you.
I love the Futon under the end window - really makes the house look so much larger and with the wood stove mounted up the wall it will give you space to put a drop down bench at the end of the Kitchen bench. I love it. I wish I lived in the U.S. so I could take advantage of your Incredi-box. It's a great sized home for 1 or 2 people!
I personally would use a daybed for a couch/bed. It sits higher so space under the daybed would be more accessible yet easier to hide with a bed skirt.
The shelf over the window in the living area, I would add another shelf below which goes across the window, would add more storage and would look awesome with a few plants on it.
Love seeing the decorating ideas! I want the tankless water heater also. I would do an accent wall in living room tongue in grove, maybe a ceiling fan. I like the second look. Both are nice 👌
Wood accent wall would be excellent! Also, the best part of the walls being magnetic is that you could glue strong magnets to wood planks and put the wood on the wall that way so it's removable if you get tired of it and/or easily repaired if needed. 😁👍
Hi Randy, my condolences 🙏 to you , Sam and the rest of your family. Hi 👋 Amanda. I like the 2nd option of the furniture placement. It looks better placing the futon in front of the back window 😉👍
This would be a wonderful idea for grown kids who want to move back home or just have separate bedrooms with their own kitchen and bathroom....so many ideas
I love the Incred-I-Box! Very affordable home with enough space. Anyone who thinks it's too small should check out what passes for apartments in big cities! Merry Christmas y'all!
I would build a platform bed with drawers underneath for clothes. Pillows to make it a couch in the daytime. More shelves, over the door, over the windows. Build a little platform for wood stove with storage under for wood.
I love this home and can definitely see myself and my cat living in one of these. I would need a small portable washer used in RV's and keep it shower and a fold up rack to dry clothes. This could work for me.
Some people are making outdoor screen in cat walks for their cats. The cat goes through a space on the inside of your house in the window then your pet can enjoy the outside and enter in and out when they get ready!!!!!! You can make the cat walk as long as you want- then add some tree branches or logs to climb up on.
Put the wood stove on a whiskey barrel, customize it with a door and put your blanket and pillow inside! Or build a small cube out of the ESP’s with a small door for storage!
Great video promoting the incredibox. It really is a great blank canvas, so people can make it their own within their own budgets. I really like seeing it how someone really lives in it. Oh, like the futon at the end (second position) Thumbs up! 👍🏻
I really like the cabinet around the refrigerator, it has good storage blankets, clothing and spices. Sofa at the end wall. Murphy bed with side closests would be nice on the end wall too.
Suggestion: Extend the loft along the top of the kitchen wall, in the form of a 12 to 14 inch deep shelf. Visually, it will help "frame" the kitchen, while also providing TONS of extra storage space. Small storage cubes and baskets can fit easily into such a space, and look good doing it.
@Jojo Moa Not for me, thanks. I have serious knee issues. Climbing is difficult and kneeling/crawling is a no-go. I like that this model has only a modest storage loft, and isn't designed with the expectation that there will be any day to day living up there. That's a welcome rarity in tiny homes. Everyone designs bedroom lofts, but not every potential customer is fit to use them.
I love it! Wish I had 3! My son lives in his car in Indiana so that he can be near his son. When the pandemic hit son 1 came from Indiana and Son #2 from Seattle. To stay in Texas with dear old mom. They have jobs, but there are no apartments available, the waiting lists are so long! You are really on to something and at a perfect time! But where to park it? I need land, and 3 or 4 of these! Lol. Love your tiny houses! Randy, so sorry about your mom.
Also my personal preference would be to flip flop the ref/ closet area so the tiny refrigerator was at a higher level, and the spices/pantry and closet was lower… then I would add a decorative hook for keys on the side panel of the refrigerator because it’s right there by the door when you come in.
It really looks homey, especially with that storage cabinet by the door. You're right, the sofa at the end opens up the room, so much nicer than the side. As you talked about putting the water heaters in the lofts, I wondered why the slope of the roof goes down to the loft end? Wouldn't it give you more useful height if you made that the high end? May have to flip the trailer direction for your aerodynamics, of course.
Looks great! Personally, I would prefer fridge where spice rack is.Board where pans are under second shelf. Love the coat rack idea. And future water heater up above. This is really nice!! Wonderful job!!! Love it!
I noticed your container in the kitchen labeled "Naked Pea", I think that's a great name for your house, " The Naked Pea". So happy Randy has a permanent roof.
Hi Randy, so very sorry too hear of the passing of your Mother. Loved watching her when you helped her open her cards She was so loved by your public. You have so many beautiful memories. Thank you Randy for so many Artistic ideas when it comes too building and finishing these homes. Amanda does a awesome job decorating. So beautiful. God be with you all at **ITH**.
Randy. My first thought when we'd entered your home was, thought Randy didn't watch TV... but when it went to you sprawled out on the couch watching that beautiful fire, I thought you've made that In-Box 'YOUR HOME' 🏡 Glad you kept Mom's TV, you'll think of her every time you watch it ♥️🌹 I was so hoping, that I could get in on that deal, but Senator Manchin, voting No on the Recon, just put a damper on my financial plans. You inspired me to dream of owning my own tiny home. I never imagined the possibility, but God's will...Grants me the Serenity to except the things I can not change. Gives me Courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the Difference. I humbly turn my will over to him and my Dream Will come true... All I have to do is BELIEVE. You and Amanda, your exuberant energy, imagination, honesty, and desire to do what you love, helping, those who have not, without greed is a gift that mankind needs to learn...God works in mysterious ways. We just need to watch for the signs. You are Gods Gift! To us 🏡 ITH 🏡 Merry Christmas 🎄♥️💚 Happy New Year🌹
@@Swim136 So sorry. Wasn't trying to be political. Just intended to explain my financial disappointment. The recon bill has money for 1st home buyers. The delay will put that opportunity past January deadline. Was just expressing my disappointment. My apologies for my sadness.
I like the bed on the back wall. It gives you a feel of being in more space. This would be great for teenagers. When they get smart you can say go to your box. :)
I like the bed at the end & you could have a custom small coffee table or a couple TV trays so two people can eat on the futon & you can store them next to the lamp or under the futon
Oh my heart! I'm so sorry for your loss. You guys have thousands of people who love you and are sending you energetic healing and prayers. Your family is bigger than you know. Hugs
I wouldn't have 3windows in the living room!! Too many, you could use more wall space to mount those small cabinets like the ones above refrigerators to put folded clothing. You could have double windows just in front of living room!! Put the couch across the end and have small coffee table that could slide under the couch, just enough to hold a drink& book, remote. You could use the heat & air conditioner unit that mounts up high. If you did that then you could have a table for two that folds down. With the couch across the end you could put a loft just for a mattress. Put a bi-fold door for bathroom. Or you could use the loft above the bathroom to lay a twin mattress on if you put the cabinets up high on walls for blankets, sheets, towels, folded clothing, the you wouldn't need the shelve above window. A woman would need a place for shoes & more clothes!! Use one of the drawers in kitchen to put one of those drawer dishwasher!! Those cabinets above would help to have space to store foods. I think the price of $20,000 then would be worth it!! No ugly lime green doors either please!!!
Love the setup. The open shelves, closet, and the white walls, windows is so inviting! I’ve seen other tiny homes with the fireplace on a shelf. Does Ace love his new house?
I love you guys!! Keep up the awesome work y’all are doing. So glad Amanda sounds much better and Randy, you’re sounding like you’re feeling better, too! Stay healthy 🙏🤗🤗
I love the minimalist lifestyle comfortable, affordable, easy to care for, unique and fun. I also love the hard work ethic you folks have. You're truly a blessing to provide this lifestyle for others. God bless you.
I like the second setup. If you raised up the fireplace, you would have some extra storage for wood and/or tools. You would also be able to see the fire if it was raised up.
Hi Amanda and Mr. Randy, that's a nice little wood stove and I think you should have one in your tiny home, but not that one, you should get the Dickerson wood stove, either for wood or propane and it hooks up to the wall, check into it, one day I'll buy me one when I move to your community if the Lord permits it...Lol hahaha!!!😃 love you both 💖💖
Randy, love this idea. I have a suggestion for Incred-i-box 2.0. Switch the direction of the trailer tongue to the other end. Switch the roof pitch and make it a bit steeper from the Living room end up toward over the bathroom and put a loft over the bath and part of the kitchen with a 90 degree rotated 2x4 ladder running up to the ceiling across from the countertop and perpendicular to the fridge enclosure. Put a hopper or awning window in one end of the loft and an egress window on the other side. You will have to add a transverse gable running parallel to and over the bed to keep the height under 13 feet 6 inches. Include the gas tankless water heater. I have a partial and preliminary drawing I could send you by email. It is a PDF made using Sketchup. It still has a lot of things to be corrected.
Hi Amanda and Randy! I LOVE it! I am so glad that Randy has finally decided to have a home of his own. I really like the sofa against the window it makes the room look much bigger. The one thing Randy is missing is ME as part of his home decor ha ha. Question, where does Ace sleep? I'd like to call this Randy's man cave. Really, I am glad that after all these years he has invested in himself. Keep up the good work ITH!
What a great video! Loved the 🔥 fireplace at the beginning. You are giving me so many ideas for my home with your new Incred-I-Box. I didn’t think the futon would fit at the end like that! I like to rearrange, so I’d be switching it around every few months. Robb did a great job on that cabinet! I’m so excited for what the new year will bring to your business!
As a newly blind 80 year old lady, the simplicity of this is incredibly appealing. The blind have to have a place for everything and put everything back in its place. Organization and simplicity rule our lives, otherwise, we have chaos, and that is really bad. I love what you have created. I crave this lifestyle.
I see, ( in my crafty mind ), a little floating shelf in the center of the coat rack board. A catch all for keys and rings, etc. Love it. I would love to get where I could buy 2. One for visitors (grandkids). A spare studio.
I really agree, this one is pretty bulky. The mini is better scaled for the space, and raising it up on the wall is good. If the electric heats up that fast, though, even in winter, do you really need a wood stove eating up precious space year round? It would be nicer to have a comfy chair, or a storage ottoman with a tray that could serve as a table if you wanted to eat or have coffee on the sofa.
So peaceful. Someone once told me, "the more stuff you have - the more "stuff" has YOU." I think simplicity is the key to happiness. A recent discoverer of this channel and of this amazing line of homes. I'm a big fan! Cheers to the good life.
I like the heater by the door I've seen that in the majority of homes built for Canada and Oregon cold THOWs. If it gets too hot or smokey you can open door! I like couch against back wall surrounded by windows. But, if you keep to right you can place a cabinet under window for daily work clothes and paperwork personal items. I'm looking forward to a photo of Mama Jones to bless this home. Amanda find him a beautiful frame and location. I'm all teary eyed ,❤️ bless you all.🙏
Someone commented on Murphy bed idea. That's a fantastic 💡. You could eliminate end window and insert Murphy bed unit. When Murphy bed is closed you could have a sofa setup attached to the Murphy bed. You could also have storage above Murphy bed too. Sounds great! 😊 Condolences to both of you on the loss of your loved one. 🫂 🤗 Take care and Happy New Year!
Wow, great tiny home! You've done a beautiful job. I love what you did with the outside. If I built this tiny home, I would design the kitchen a bit differently. I'd put an apartment size refrigerator where the eating space currently is. The frig you have now is way too low for most people to reach into the bottom part. I'd then reduce the depth and height of the big cabinet on the side of the entry door and add a hinged countertop under the cabinet for eating space and for usable countertop when needed. I think this will open up the kitchen. For me, I would put a kitchen cabinet where you have the kitchen shelf for more storage. In the bathroom, I would definitely have you put in a pocket door. I love the couch at the end of the room. Looks great! Please make sure you put a slip mat under that rug so the rug doesn't go out from under you! I love the fireplace and hope it works out. It seems to work best in the corner by the kitchen. Otherwise, you'd have it mounted over fabric which could be a fire hazard. Well, for what it's worth, there's my 2 cents!! If I had land to park it on, I'd sign up today to build one! Happy New Year! 🥳
It is so very nice but I would have to have a much better floor plan with the kitchen. I could not get me something like that because I’m all most 65 years in November. Thank you for sharing your videos with me today Karen Nichols
I love the simplicity of the design, very nice !!. If it was my tiny home I would get rid of the futon and opt for a custom made 3 sided daybed/sectional that would snuggle up against the wall where the wood stove is (it would also add extra storage underneath) , could custom design a fold out cushion to fill up the middle of the daybed, turning it into a full size bed. I think having the wood stove so close to the couch would be too uncomfortable and hot, when watching tv and especially when trying to sleep. So then I would move the wood stove up on that end counter space, putting up a fireproof board/tin or whatever behind it and have the door facing towards the daybed (so I won't feel the direct heat while using the counter space). It would then open up the space in the living room where you could possibly fit a fold down table or desk attached to the wall. I would also replace that oh so small frig and replace it with a regular sized rv like frig, tucking a combo washer/dryer underneath. I won't loose any storage space because I have much more storage under the daybed/sectional now. I feel a small refrigerator just isn't practical. It's ok for camping but having to constantly replenish supplies would get frustrating, for me anyways. A slide out pantry next to the frig would also be ideal. Pocket door for the bathroom too. This video has my mind reeling with inspiration and creative ideas. That you have come up with such an affordable tiny home design makes people feel like it really is possible to own their own home, So wonderful thank you !!
I like the bed where it was in beginning of video. What a great solution for adorable safe housing that’s affordable. Thanks for being part of the solution.
I like the futon pushed all the way to the back, the illusion of space is important in a tiny house. Randy, I understand why you want the wood stove because you’re planning to live off grid, but I think the wood stove you chose is too big for your space, you may want to rethink the size of that wood stove. Hope you guys sell a million of the incredi box !!! Love u guys !!!
Hey Randy! I just realized that there is no a/c in this one, given that this a metal building, what would it take to keep this thing cool? Can you put in a mini split? If you live in a warmer state, ie; Florida, GA or the like, can heat be a factor?
Great job Randy - I really like the second staging of the sofa bed. It makes the living area look mush larger - which you and Amanda commented on also. Really like the built in closet. Everything looks roomy and clean.
On the couch/bed location I'd say it depends where you're located. If you had it on some property with privacy I'd leave it by the windows to see the sky and storms at night. Also I think another good option would be those raised bunk style beds with the desk underneath for like college kids or even a futon under the bunk if you didn't want the desk for work/eating/hobbies/tools could clean guns at the desk or sew or many things.
My opinion is futon against the back wall, stove by eating counter up 4 feet. Then the heat will be more evenly dispersed. Love you guys, looking forward to video everyday. Merry Christmas to ITH family.
Switch the TV to the other side next to the counter and put the wood stove on the side next to the door. Then you can hang your coats up higher so that when they are wet they can dry over the wood stove.
The couch/bed looks best against the back wall vs the side wall because it gives you more moving space and more space for guests to visit. ❤️ Like Amanda
You probably have gotten enough feedback on your furniture placement. But I will give my opinion anyway, I think the second choice is the best. It seems to give you more space. Looks more open. But nice job either way. Love watching all the tips, love to have one. My prayers are with you and ITH success for the new year.😊🤗
Hi from Syracuse NY brother Randy and Amanda and I am sorry for your loss of your mom. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your house which is very beautiful.
I'm loving the affordability and simplicity in this tiny home build. I have a couple questions... for the 20k, exactly what do you get? Obviously, not furnishings. But, is the "plumbing" and electric included? Will they be equipped with the wood heater? Are the sink, counter, cabinets & drawers, toilet, shower included? Exactly what is the package for the 20k? Will you be delivering the homes, or do the customers have to arrange for pick up and delivery?
Makes more sense to have a sliding glass door as the entry and have one or two fewer windows. You could place the couch in front of the sliding glass door if your view is nice. Makes more sense to put small framed white or silver (even strong glass) narrow shelves in front of the kitchen windows so you can have more windows in the kitchen. if blinds narrow enough and with twist rod to open and close or in-between panes of window, can close blinds and still have narrow open shelves in front of them. The items on those shelves could be all glass or a shiny white or shiny metal to reflect the sunlight.
I LOVE this tiny home. So simple and well thought out. It's wonderful to be able to get a place that is live-in ready but also easy to personalize without having to change a lot of someone else's work. My mind is reeling with ideas. I won't be ready until sometime next year, but I'd love to know things like the ceiling height, window placements, etc. to help with planning. I live in Florida so won't be needing a wood stove, but will need AC and fan. Well done Randy and team!
At first, I was thinking I would need a desk, but actually, a tall office chair at the counter would work great. No big TV for me though, my PC screen would be enough, along with a projector for movies, etc.
So cool... while every other Builder out there is always trying to figure out a way to make more money and raise their prices... here's a company who's actually trying to lower the prices as much as possible so that way all people can afford a home. You f****** rock!
Amen!
Amen! I'm getting one installed in my backyard next month for making love to my wife in.

Lowe's and Home Depot sell accordion vinyl doors that can go on the bathroom entrance for less than $50.
A decent cheap solution for the bathroom door if you need privacy. 😁👍
Personally, I'd buy one of those Nautilus shower doors for the shower stall instead of curtains, put in a tiny hand wash sink (an over-toilet one would be convenient but probably hard in terms of plumbing) and use either a curtain or another Nautilus shower door as the bathroom door too. Those shower doors are a lot more pricey than the accordion doors but look much more sleek, plus they are pretty much self-cleaning. Not a bad splurge in my opinion. 😅
@ChibiChula .. Best option, I was thinking the same thing.
Great idea.
I always have a tower fan on 24/7 year round so what I would do is just point it toward the bathroom when I take a shower.
I live in Florida. So true
If you have a windows, not necessary. I only have a skylight works GREAT ‼️

@babaganush754 and maybe a cooktop of some sort
The sofa across back wall seems more practical for floor space. I think you could eliminate one of those front room windows because the wall space would give so many more options to use that wall space for shelves, cabinets etc. That would leave the cost of putting that in to use for a ceiling light/fan.
Agree
Immediately thought the same thing about the windows. Lose one or raise up higher for easier placement of furniture/shelves.
I agree!
Disagree - Natural light is extremely important in a small living space. It makes the space feel even bigger. The more windows, the merrier.

Absolutely!
I like that for this particular home.
Mini split is a great idea!
All tvs should be mounted like that in these homes! It's great
I was trying to buy a camping trailer but it's hard to find one you can live in for $20k for less. Then I keep.hearing about quality issues. I have tons of furniture in storage all I need is my tiny home on wheels! I love this options especially since I can do final finishes myself. This is a great product!
I love the sofa on the end rather than the side wall perfect that way you could if you want a small chair by the tv area. Love it!💖
I am planning on a sectional that doubles as a sleeper, with very little conversion. This is what downsizing is all about and it opens up a whole new world for persons who are very low income and/or homeless. I cannot wait to say goodbye to ridiculous utility costs also, thank you.
Love the simplicity. I like the second setup best. I would add a bifold door possibly for the bathroom. Good job!
I like that!
Would love a light weight barn door for that bathroom or an old fashioned pocket door.
Oh, and the fact that you can raise the stove up is a total game changer. You're definitely onto something there randy, good job!
Love that this company really wants to provide a home for ALL people. We need more Randy’s in the world.
Love the second way you had the sofa. Completely opens up the space!
I’m with you, Amanda! I like the couch both ways, but at the end does look like there’s more room. Merry Christmas, y’all.
Put the wood stove on a whiskey barrel, customize it with a door and put your blanket and pillow inside!
Or build a small cube out of the ESP’s with a small door for storage!
👍💡☺️
Great video promoting the incredibox. It really is a great blank canvas, so people can make it their own within their own budgets. I really like seeing it how someone really lives in it. Oh, like the futon at the end (second position) Thumbs up! 👍🏻
I really like the cabinet around the refrigerator, it has good storage blankets, clothing and spices.
Sofa at the end wall.
Murphy bed with side closests would be nice on the end wall too.
@Cindy Gray I like that Murphy bed/couch with closet/ side table idea! 👍
That’s a great idea!
@@LucyLynette I'm with you here!
Excellent idea! Grandkids could sleep up there when they visit.
He's so cozy! Nice tiny home Randy 😉
I like it at the end it looks like there is more room. The cabinet around the refrigerator is perfect!! Randy so sorry about your mother 🙏
Randy. My first thought when we'd entered your home was, thought Randy didn't watch TV... but when it went to you sprawled out on the couch watching that beautiful fire, I thought you've made that In-Box 'YOUR HOME' 🏡
Glad you kept Mom's TV, you'll think of her every time you watch it ♥️🌹
I was so hoping, that I could get in on that deal, but Senator Manchin, voting No on the Recon, just put a damper on my financial plans. To us 🏡 ITH 🏡
Merry Christmas 🎄♥️💚 Happy New Year🌹
@@Swim136 So sorry. Wasn't trying to be political. Just intended to explain my financial disappointment. The recon bill has money for 1st home buyers. The delay will put that opportunity past January deadline. Was just expressing my disappointment.
My apologies for my sadness.
Love it Randy! It’s so nice, everything a person needs.
It looks great!! I like the bed/couch at the end of the house 💟
I like the bed on the back wall. It gives you a feel of being in more space. This would be great for teenagers. When they get smart you can say go to your box. :)
😂😂😂
#2 feels more roomy!!Love this home!!Happy Holidays!!🎄🏡🎅
I like the bed at the end & you could have a custom small coffee table or a couple TV trays so two people can eat on the futon & you can store them next to the lamp or under the futon
Oh my heart! I'm so sorry for your loss. You guys have thousands of people who love you and are sending you energetic healing and prayers. Your family is bigger than you know. Hugs
Love what you did to your home Randy! Love the little touches like the coat rack. Hi Amanda!!
Love this little home!! Yes, raise up the wood stove, make a spot for wood underneath. Love love love!!!! That cabinet in the kitchen!
I like the 2nd placing of the futon and the wood stove the best. Nice little home!
Randy, that's a nice little wood stove and I think you should have one in your tiny home, but not that one, you should get the
Dickerson wood stove, either for wood or propane and it hooks up to the wall, check into it, one day I'll buy me one when I move to your community if the Lord permits it...Lol hahaha!!!😃 love you both 💖💖
Randy, love this idea.
You should have an exust fan in the bathroom. Skip the wood stove and go with a ductless mini-split, for heating and cooling.
Love your green door ❣️ I love watching all of your videos Randy n Amanda; they're giving me some great ideas for my tiny, that's 12x24!!❣️
I really like the couch/bed looks better the second way. Doesn't look squished.
Randy, your Tiny Home is So cute. Love the second way with the bed. Like the water heater up there. Hello beautiful Amanda. What a deal.
A Cube stove would heat that tiny house and take a lot less room. It, too, can be mounted up high.
👍
I see, ( in my crafty mind ), a little floating shelf in the center of the coat rack board. A catch all for keys and rings, etc. Love it. I would love to get where I could buy 2. One for visitors (grandkids). A spare studio.
I love the wood stove idea but I think you'd be better suited for the cubic mini which can be hung on the wall.
I get by with cpl nice space heaters!!!!
Randy, I was so sad to hear about your Mom. Praying for you and the whole team. 🙏🙏
Deepest sympathy for the loss of Mama Jones. She was a treasure. Y'all are in my prayers. ❤🙏❤
So peaceful. Someone once told me, "the more stuff you have - the more "stuff" has YOU." I think simplicity is the key to happiness. A recent discoverer of this channel and of this amazing line of homes. I'm a big fan! Cheers to the good life.
Go with an instant hot water heater. They save so much room!
I'm all teary eyed ,❤️ bless you all.🙏
Couch back wall and stove on platform on wall. That way gives more floor space!
I really like this setup. It's in my price range & it's so simple. I hope these sell like hotcakes!
Hi Randy and Amanda, Just read about your mom. So sorry for your loss. Your mom was a very strong lady with a great sence of humor. Its
I love the simplicity of the design, very nice !!.
My most sincere condolences to you and your family Randy. My thoughts and prayers are with you all 🙏🏽
Who passed away?
Randy's mom
I like the bed where it was in beginning of video. What a great solution for adorable safe housing that’s affordable. Thanks for being part of the solution.
Definitely prefer the futon against the end wall. This is a very simple yet charming little home!
Oh so cool. I like the bed/sofa up against the back wall facing the kitchen. I think it looks bigger this way but it sure is nice to have options!!
Hey Randy! I just realized that there is no a/c in this one, given that this a metal building, what would it take to keep this thing cool? Can you put in a mini split? If you live in a warmer state, ie; Florida, GA or the like, can heat be a factor?
if I had a place to put this I would sell my home in a heartbeat & get one of these homes. great job y'all
Great job Randy - I really like the second staging of the sofa bed.
I definitely love the sofa the second way;) especially because you can move your tv. It’s cute perfect for some property in the woods.
Merry Christmas Randy and Amanda
Sorry to hear about your Mom
Sorry for your lost Randy, you & Amanda are Great people, I like the cute tiny home.🙏
