PTCL doesnt throttle. Its called ADSL! (Asymmetric Data Subscriber Line). Asymmetric means that the upload slot is smaller than the download one. They do it via 2:1. If you have 20mbps download, you get 10 mbps upload and so on.

bhai apki informations wrong ha. fiberlink do provide the advertised speeds but the only problem is there service. they take months to install a connection otherwise all good except when there is a outage just on your connection. i use it aj tak sirf service wpbhi sirf 2 saal ma sa 4 months in total baki perfect.
