aik question hai bhai, meray pass storm fiber hai, hd box nahin, main ne recently smart tv purchase kiya hai, jab channel scan kiyay to analogue to play ker raha hai, laiken digital channels scan ho ne k baad program scrambled ka error araha har digital channel pe, aap ki video se ye understand kiya k digital channels sirf hd box se chalain ge. am i right?

I have 30 mb local internet from which I also run cable from router using another small device but the quality is not good .cable quality is not good but internet speed is best . The cable works but the quality is not upto the mark . Should I install hd box to improve quality. Will it work?

Too helpful, A very detail review, covers all of the concerns that came in mind + even the detail of the information like 570i, 540i, 1080i and 1080p channels.. if you tell about the registration process what are the things require eg (On PTCL the whole billing address is registered on CNIC + if we want to share the problem via helpline their is a landline no they ask for and every history is being stored on that number, complaints and everything ) + that will be helpful if you share the maintenance service too. how,s their team and if any problem occurs how much time they will take to fix it.... and what do think about this service as for long time.. cuz they are new in market obviously better then PTCL... but do you think that this quality service or speed they offer is just a gimmick to stand in the market...

in my opinion there rsoonse to complain is good, they hv helpline nmbr where we can ask about the services and do register our complains. i hv a 3 months satisfactory experience in all aspects and this is a private isp (internet service providers) if they want to grow they must provide better service for future and improve day by day to keep there place in the market
