Current number can also be ported to onic directly. I did the same with my ufone number. Although, the signals and name on phone for sim would be ufone. So no difference.

Bilal Bhai just for your knowledge let me tell you about the Internet Speed of different networks. You are saying Jazz is performing better than Zong and Zong is performing better than Ufone. Bro, which network is performing better depends on your location. In some areas Jazz performs better, while in some areas Zong does and similarly in some areas Ufone performs better than other networks. I'm from Mirpur Ajk and to be very honest Ufone performs better than any other network. I'm getting 50Mbps+ download and 25Mbps+ upload speed. I can provide you the speed test results which will prove what I've just said.

I am an ex-emplyee of Ufone. Ufone is a sister concern of PTCL and Etisalat is the major stakeholders of PTCL & UFONE (PTML).
So as I understand there is No new network it's just a new branding/ product by the PTML the company behind Ufone brand.

BUT packages Will Be Cheaper + Rollover Feature Makes A Lot Of Difference + If They Will Use Towers Of Other Telecom Companies, The Speed Won't Be An Issue And Signal Strength Will Also Be Much Better

All cellular network of Pakistan using other operators tower as well (as per the agreement) its in prectice since many years in Pakistan.
Actually telenor and zong was bought into Pakistan for network infrastructure expansion and they did it old operators usually using their infrastructure for their network coverage.

I wanted to give an idea. Please make a video quarterly or after six months about good midrange phones in pakistani market. So that buyers can easily make a choice by watching a single video and details in your review videos.

Etisalat is launching their services soon in Pakistan, it is confirmed cause I am living in UAE and mostly Etisalat employees are saying that Etisalat is coming to Pakistan soon at backend with PTCL & UFONE.

Onic is a subsidiary which falls under Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML), which is co-owned by PTCL and Etisalat, Ufone is also a subsidiary of PTCL and Etisalat, that's why Onic is using Ufone towers for signals.
The only advantage for Onic Sim is the rollover feature. If you subscribe to a package don't use all of your data, mins and text. Next month when you recharge/reload. Your un-used data.minds.text s rollover. Something similar to ATT. Secondly. Pakistan is one of the countries where Telecom providers share Towers. One Carrier like Mobilink don't have their own independent towers, all over pakistan, this helped lower the cost of infrastructure by millions. And the cost for the consumer to use. (Unlike abroad, a telecom provide has their own telecom towers, with no access to any competitor outside their company). So Ofcourse Onic was going to piggy back on an existing carriers infrastructure. And yes etisalat looking at our countrys mobile using is trying to make things better for the people of pakistan.

The new network requires lending towers, or putting towers which are expensive. So using other network frequencies and multiple carrier signals. Is the goto solution I think. If they use zong and jazz in the near future then it will be great.

Internet speed went down after using a 120GB out of 200GB package, you open a website or UA-cam, have a cup of tea and after finishing your tea it will still be loading. Worst customer service, I contacted Onic support many times but in the end they said they can't do anything about it. After using 50% of data it's speed dropped, keep this in mind if you're going to buy onic sim.
Package described in this video which is 30 Gb internet is actually priced 890 rupees.
