This reminds me of how Linus Tech Tips did the similar kind of thing with ubiquity AirFibre 60 XG, and LR, the LR can do 2 Gigabit internet speed (1Gbps down and 1Gbps up) at a range of 12Km, whereas the XG model can do up to 6Gbps but at a lower range

Much larger devices then this are also available which can cover ranges upto 150 kms or above.Have seen these devices in our areas since long cuz we dont have any other provider here except PTCL which doesnt cover alot of areas.Btw i was stunned to know tmhow the heck do you not get wired internet just two buildings apart😐You could have bought fiber optic yourself which would be a cheaper or atleast equivalent option to send the fiber internet connection to this office of your's.

Bhi if we use a satellite instead of this type of network then their will be no any problem of LOS or height of antenna because A satellite covers large area of earth, and interestingly all the satellite are interconnected with each other
