  • Trick or treats you say? Well, to that question, we respond: Instead of indulging in treats, come try these workout tricks to help burn the fat and keep you lean. This workout consists of 6 different routines as follows
    1) Jumping Jacks (45 sec)
    2) Butt Kicks (45 sec)
    3) High Knees with Extended Arms (45 sec)
    4) Side to Side Jump Ropes (45 sec)
    5) Jab, Uppercut, Leg Kicks (45 sec)
    6) Mountain Climbers (45 sec)
    Each routine lasts 45 seconds, and there's no break until you finish the last exercise. Once you complete the mountain climbers, take a 30 second break and repeat the entire circuit again 2 more times, for a total of 3 times.
    This high intensity interval training exercise lasts 15 minutes in total, and ensures you burn maximum fat! So let's go!!
