    On Tuesdays session re Back just before starting Spider pulls, you mentioned a Hammer Strength machine? Do you have a picture of one? i.e. is it similar to a seated lat pull machine?

    I just started watching your videos. You are very good at teaching. I had a question regarding curls. you stay to only go about halfway up what is the reason not to go further I couldn't understand that.

      Hi, with free weights u r bringing the weight toward you. So its a front raise above 90 degrees. Check the ectomorph video

    Hi Maik, thanks for the great video as usual. Is the number of exercises per muscle in push day enough? They are just 2 exercises right?

    Its great , but i couldn't see the legs part ? You are talking about the mistakes on the wednesday (legs )part.

    ive worked out routinely for a decade. this amount of lifting a week doesn't seem to do anything for me especially make me grow? any suggestions why? diet? rest? lack of " supplements " no offense to anybody.....seems I have to punish my muscles to get a reaction and if I add more calories for size my stomach is the first to gain size and that's not my thing.

      it is impossible to say without know you , usually it is execution but you knows. It pays to have someone look over stuff and create accountability IMO
