    Every day, we'll be dropping 5 minute AMRAPs (as many reps as possible) daily, for the next 25 days. It will push your core strength while also testing your mental conditioning.     I don't think I can hold it for 5 min within 3 minutes i will be out 😢 it's looking so hard
