I think it has to be down to the fact that Amy, astoundingly, is making money with a couple of her projects. So those making money off her find a way to shut people up. That’s just my theory. It’s the only possibility because not only is she so unfunny, blatantly STEALING jokes is a cardinal sin

I've been all over Mexico for work, the first time I heard Mencia in person was at a club in NY where he was doing a bit about how crazy Americans are vs middle eastern people. As soon as he opened his mouth and I heard him pronounce vowels, I said to my girlfriend "This guy is not Mexican, not a chance". Fast forward about 2 years and she is showing me an article she read online about his ethnicity and upbringing. Gringo knows gringo man.
