1:52 "Exia" is how the Japanese VAs pronounce it, most likely because Exusiai is way too much of a mouthful for them so they decided to just shorten it. And because for a long time the game had Japanese voice acting as the only option, players ended up mimicking that. In comparison, if you switch the voices to English, you'll notice they pronounce the name in full. I'd say just choose whichever you find easier to say and remember, people will complain no matter which one you use.
