That’s good, never force yourself as it makes everything significantly less fun, just take your time and enjoy stuff at your own pace. I’m looking forward towards Endfield as well, i’m just praying that Tectone won’t be making content on it as that will make the community signicantly more toxic than it would be without him. I don’t know about BA and FGO, but about Limbus. The story is great, but the combat is based around rng and the community has a very heavy cult mentality and also behaves like a cult, and while i do like the game it has very little content in it besides main story and what is pretty much simulated universe from Star Rail. If you do give it a try, i recommend you to look up a tutorial somewhere else as the game’s own tutorial is absolute garbage.

Good luck getting in the beta! As for burnout I always say that using the best and most op operators will cause the game to get stale especially with a second account (since your doing the same content twice) thats imo. Im glad your not going anywhere though.

Looking forward to Endfield content if you find it fun! Limbus Company has a very interesting story but I’m not sure how easy it’ll be to make content of (if you do get into LC, check out Mili! They did a song for Arknights and a bunch for LC)

In content creation, Arknights feels like TF2. High quality video essays and edited videos thed to do better than live streaming and basic gameplay. That means it might be a good idea to put more lower effort content from more popular games that allow for easier growth, while the lesser amount of higher quality content will help with viewer retention and view to subscriber ratio. About Arknights itself, I feel that the game doesn't allow for a big volume of content creation. To me the game seems like a very personal experience - you get your enjoyment from mechanical mastery and reading the story. Maybe that's why there is a lot of burnout from the content creators sphere, while normal player's rate of it is lower. Just my two cents about the game and content creation.

Arknights is the best gacha I've played but I keep getting burned out on it. I got back into it a month or so ago and I'm already at the point where I think I'll just go sub optimal and log once a day. I found this channel because of arknights but I'll gladly stick around for some more varied content. Also, for what it's worth you'll get your incentive to play reclamation algorithm here soon with the dec 20th event. I figured I'd get into it at the same time

i mean burn out seens to be a natural thing to everyone that make content for gachas, specialy cus you are basicaly playing the same thing over and over and over, so playing other games can be a good idea.

Watching this very late but man, I really understand your point when it comes to the writing. I'm a veteran doctor, playing since week 2?? of release, who came back to the game a month ago or so after almost 8 months of not even opening it. The thing is, people is right, voicing is hard considering the writing style-- but the truth is still that the writing style *is* very convoluted when its not always needed to be so (Kal is probably the biggest proof of this). After coming back, I read chapter 14 after years of not touching the main story (since chapter 8), and I have to say... the writing has gotten better, and its much more comprehensible now which I'm glad for, but also extremely funny how even in-game they acknowledged this yapping fault with one character who spends a big part of chapter 14 looking at Kal and Logos like 'the fuck you say? you mean (simple explanation)?' and basically tldr'ing all of it. That being said, I'm also a Reverse 1999 player, and thats the perfect example of how writing can have deep tones, specific terms, AND still be easy to understand and not take a hundred years to deliver certain lines, all while also being fully voiced which is a huge pampering to me (I also play hoyo games, but thats a different bahamut so I never tried to compare them). Still, AK did get better and I'm glad you're enjoying, I hope you will keep doing so! Also, wow, a Hoshiguma fan, best taste proved

I played ak since day 1 (not exactly day 1 but pretty close) I was dumb and prioritizing waifu over actually usable ops (i love skadi and maggie) because of that i learned the hard way Even more difficult I never got either blaze, eyja or schwarz Playing maggie for 4 years now giving me ptsd of losing her drone, making me grow some braincells

Shinnosuke Tachibana being his wonderfully cursed otome prince self. 2.Cute snek man that looks normal but is ready to snap at any time, especially in his Operator Record. 3. I like Phantom and the Crimson Troupe story and that Is2 def had plans if only HG would allow us a Crimson Troupe-centric event and not the countless Suifam/Summer events... 4. Hear me out. I'm gonna save 300 pulls for Lappland Alter, Lappland is one of the main reasons why i play Arknights aaaandd i want to spark for Virtuosa, i didn't managed to get her in her banner so i'm going to spark for her.

I spotted Arturia in the shop. So I'll be buying her, praying for Penance, and saving everything I can to roll 300 for Thorns alter

Does everyone buy the monthly (head hunting and monthly cards) to "save up" for the big banners they wanna pull on? I don't know how the heck i'm gonna afford 300 pulls with out buying the originium...

Whatever banner has virtuosa on it? I missed her first run because of massive technical issues. So I am saving up enough pulls to get her. Beyond that... lappyalter and susamommy is likely the only banner I will be pulling on... it will depend on which operators show up on the selection joint banner thing. The last joint banner screwed me over bad, five 6 star pulls before I quit, all quibai and quibai is the only operator I already had... so, yah frustration and disappointment. The hilarious follow up I wanted the 5 star from ulpainus banner got two of him in my 10 pull. So my lack of getting hoederer, lin or mynar was a wtf moment. The only one I wanted was Lin, but I wouldn't complain about getting the other two.

Speaking of my plans on the next six months, I will be pulling for Pepe, Marcille and co., and Decadenza feat. Vulpisfoglia. Pepe because I love RA, Marcille and co. for dragging me into Dungeon Meshi, Decadenza because Lappland was my 5* selector pick and early Lord favorite, lastly Vulpisfoglia because she's hot and Suzuran's mom. I will pulling for Sand Reckoner (the 5* in the Pepe's banner, but I'll not pulling for her), the collab banner (I actually like Marcille, at least more than the 6* in the Sand Reckoner's banner), the Thorns alter banner (just because), and maybe Bobbing (in the Siege alter's banner, Siege I'll be happy to have her, but it's not the same as Thorns or the next Sui siblings)

Saving for the lapland alter banner. Mostly for the sparkable units. I do have a noticeable gap in sniper dps units. My priority is grabbing Pozemka or Ray or other comparable units.

I'd have liked to spark for Gavial alter but I already used my savings to spark for Skalter, so I'll be most likely skipping everything until Siege or Lappland, though skipping Nymph hurts

I'm saving for the upcoming Sui banner, in a mostly F2P style. Gotta start saving early. Might spend a few pulls on some banners until then. a little on Fedex, skip Pepe banner(using free pulls), then skip all until Siege alter, then skip lappy and thorns alter. just my short prediction for my pulls.

According to my calcualtions I should be able to gather 350 pulls overall by the time Lappy comes, 300 of those will definitely go towards her banner (to spark Texalter), as for the remaining 50, assuming the Orienteering will have the same roster of operators on global, I'll give getting Saileach a shot :)

I pulled for Penance too, and I got Jessica instead. Wrong defender, lol. But wanted her too anyway, so, still a win (๑•ᴗ•๑)♡. -but I want Penance more, waifu- Now I hope ExAlter comes home on first 10 pulls (´༎ຶ ͜ʖ ༎ຶ `).
