    Absolutely loving your videos! Only by doing a couple of your streching routines I got rid of almost all the tension in my hip area. It just feels amazing!

    Love this stretching video! I can’t do splits and I’m still pretty tight with my hips, I’ve started doing these stretching videos that you post from a month or so and I can see the difference already! For some reason the half and full lotus is really easy for me, but I have difficulties with the double pigeon...

    I cant describe how truly happy I am that u posted this vid!! I'm a figure skater and I've had problems with my hips and I tried so many exercises for opening them hips but nothing really worked:(
    hopefully ur video will help:))

    hello. you may not remember me, but you gave me good advice on hip flexibility. unfortunately I'm still having alittle trouble with only two stretches on one hand. but on the other hand you were right, it does help to relax even though the butterfly and straddle stretch are really intense for me. the good news I'm learning to relax in the stretches and progress has been made. thank you for your help. the real problem was, I was to eager to get flexible and I learned the hard and painful way you have to be patient with your self. thanks for sharing that with me and I will continue to update you on my progress. 😊.

    Like your videos! I was searching for a serious stretch routine . where did you get that black mat? Is it a yoga mat?

      Thank you so much! Yes, it's a yoga mat. I got it at a local store, called TkMaax, it's like TjMaax in America. I'm sure they have loads of great mats at Target, Ross and Walmart.

      I mean that a really intense workout is not what I'm used to. My brother tells me stretching is important. I used to be in irish dancing for many years and we exercised differently I guess. Icantflow high intensity work outs I guess. I guess I'm not explaining well.

    when i try to do workouts that are really involved like min ab or something im not strong enough to do them its easier to go slow and understand the stretches better. im really new at skating i just started to learn ive been around hockey my whole life and my dad never really taught me how to skate so its kind of embarassing. i just dont have strong abs so its easier to do easier exercises ive always been that way. um i just keep practicing hopefully i get better. i really like backwards crossovers but sometimes i freak out when i do them and dont want to. it really takes a lot of focus and confidence i think.
