Although Marc's and Freddie's voice (especially in the 70s) sound similar, ironically you can easily recognize Marc's voice because he always hits the high notes, whereas Freddie did not. However, Freddie had a stronger beautiful voice and was the genius composer of many greatest hits and the known legend. Although Marc is a cover singer, he (and the band) really does a great work, they deserve a lot of credit. I would prefer attending his concert than those of Queen + Lambert.
There is no Queen without Freddie anyway.

Marc is NOT a cover singer. He is clearly a proper musician, an award-winning musician might I add. He is a multi-instrumentalist, a proper composer/songwriter with an impressive library of original songs, he arranges, orchestrates and, as if that wasn’t enough, sings like a bird and is a hell of a frontman to any band he fronts.

Beautifull voice and is great that someone bring back his songs and do not let die the legacy of Freddie Mercury. He is surviving Freddie Mercury era and voice, marvelous, fantastic, it is a win win for both, people are going to search for Freddie Mercury songs and Mark is making a career with his voice without to have to makes the songs and arrangements. Both are geniuses. Mercury and Queen created the songs and the magic 50 years ago, now Mark is a genius too because with his similarity with Freddie Mercury voice he is letting Mercury legacy don’t die. We really can appreciate Mercury legacy. Win win

Marc has to play with the real band at Wembley stadium. No disrespect to this band, you guys are great. This has to happen for all the Queen fans out there. Do you know how happy this would make the world. We need this to happen. Marc you truly have a God given talent my brother. Well Done.

En effet il est très bon. Mais j'avoue que pour moi il ne remplace pas Freedie. Freddie avait plus de charisme et été plus osé. Mais Mark s'en vraiment bien. J'adore aussi Adam Lambert. Les deux ont leurs propres style et c'est ça qui est cool.

Tristan rocking the guitar, as always. I wonder where his black "pirate" guitar is. It's not THAT unusual for him to play his replica "Red Special," but it hasn't normally been his "daily driver."
I'm guessing since it's his personal guitar, he's taking advantage of the opportunity to leave it at home?

I’m just wondering if after a few travel scares if he prefers the “company provided” option on the road, and keeps his personal black pirate custom special for shows that are closer to his home.

@@papabearM3 и всё же, к концу шоу Марк тоже сдаёт позиции, всё же выдержать такой темп, и ноты кое где не дотягивает. И Фредди сам этого делать не мог, но его харизма прощала все недостатки, ну и где мог он пел ниже и другие ноты. А Марк пытается все песни спеть как в альбомных версиях и к концу выступления его голос начинает протестовать. Одно можно сказать точно: то что делает Марк намного луче того, что делают Мэй и Тэйлор.

Во многом согласен, но голос у Марка держится на высоте и в конце шоу. Я его видел в концертах 4 раза. Он иногда поет Who Wants To Live Forever или Show Must Go on на бис, это после 24-25и песен-то. Марк также пел два концерта в один день с оркестром в Мексике. Я не знаю какими доводами вы оперируете, но я был 4 раза свидетелем его невероятного голоса и таланта. Мэя и Тэйлора с Ламбертом тоже видел один раз. Больше не надо.

When ever I watch Marc perform, I respect the work he puts in for his ordinance, but one thing that always stands out is that although good musicians, the rest of the band seem board, and there's almost 0 chemistry with Marc.
It might depend on the show? Sometimes they have to get a sub if one of the regular guys can't play a show. The subs are technically good, but it takes more than a handful of shows to figure out how comfortable they can "act" around each other.
