On my 2024, 7.3, the negative on the battery has some type of sensor. Is Attaching the winch negative to the top of the sensor proper?

So what are the changes between the kit for the 2022 and one for the 23-24? There is a SIGNIFICANT cost difference. Will the 2022 kit fit on a 2024 with only minor changes?
