I listened to this podcast on Spotify. Then I switched to the video because I wanted to know about the joyful finger-rub at 58:40. The expensive money gesture =)
Also, the rest of the podcast is more involving to me watching the video (wheras oftentimes I prefer to just listen). Because of the vibe (Joseph, are you sleeping?), and because of some small gestures that make certain points much clearer to me.
One is at 38:58 where Flynn describes the "top-down-expectation-bottom-up-sensation-model". That is very tangible to me. It reminds me of that video with the broom and the pillow about "Erwartungsbeweglichkeit" ua-cam.com/video/fSIdxjOeLAU/v-deo.html (what I still like about that term: it doesn`t suggest that you have to get rid of expectiations but to be mobile, as expectations also have their pros as you discussed in the podcast).
And of course 41:28! I can certainly feel how strength training works in this context.
Thanks to both of you for this immersive episode!
